I called a plumber to install this so I can't really speak to the ease of installation rating other than to say it went well according to him. Love teh design and we bought this to go with our new Foremost sink that we bought last month that shares teh same design features. An added plus is that it is a low water use flush and is very quiet.

We ordered this and it held up our renovation because it arrived broken, was reordered and arrived broken (read: tank was smashed) again!!! No pick up in store option. Very frustrating. Had to pick another toilet :(

This toilet style fits our 1920's home perfectly. While remodeling, we shopped extensively for a toilet with the character and appeal of this item. We are extremely satisfied with our purchase.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by MRTurner Really like this toilet!
This toilet was the first one we've ever installed on our own, and it was a cinch! We live in an older home, so we didn't want something really modern and this fits the bill perfectly. I like the way the water enters the bowl through a series of holes on the top, and doesn't have the large thing in the back that's difficult to clean around like my last toilet. Nobody likes cleaning toilets, so I appreciate the design that will make cleaning easier. The edge around the top is really nice since the toilet is approx 1" away from the wall at my house (we went from a 3 gal wall mounted unit, so the hole in the floor is further from our wall than normal) and will prevent items from falling off the back. Both my husband and I are happy with the comfort of this round bowl and haven't had any reasons to regret not getting the elongated bowl. I'd buy again.
Since we went from a 3 gal flush, I'm still getting used to the 1.6 gal flush/water pressure. The only con I have is the internal components in the tank look cheap. They work fine so far (it's been installed for 3 days), but I could potentially see having to replace them at some point.

I bought this toilet to match my vintage pedestal sink. Unfortunately the toilet has very poor flushing power. I have to keep a plunger next to the toilet at all times. Today I have been flushing and using the plunger all day. I regret this purchase very much.

not sure what these people are talking about but foremost toilets are absolutely horrible if you feel like having to literally clean your toilet after every use with the brush then go for it but these toilets are very poorly designed and they will leave remnants after every use! disgusting!!!

Love the style and the height is perfect for me at 5 ft 4. Had it installed by a handyman to replace a toilet that was at least 20 years old. I wanted to match the shape of the old one where it fits on the floor. Couldn't find exactly the fit so there was a very small gap at the back which was filled in with caulk.
Only con is that the lid will probably arrive broken as it is not cushioned inside the box the manufacturer sends it in to the distributor. Home Depot has replacement lids and it was quickly replaced without futher problems. (Distributor "Foremost" does not have these.) The box itself is cushioned in the shipping box but the lid only has a lightweight plastic fabric around it inside the box.
