Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by GOOD PRODUCT AND PRICE C NICE WALL HEATER ONLY THING WAS DAMAGED IN SHIPPING HAD TO POUND OUT METAL CORNERS TO INSTALL. FASTER THAN RETURNING. October 29, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Great purchase Was easy to install and works better than hoped. I was worried about damage to unit during shipping , but the unit arrived perfect and ready to go December 15, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Arrived damaged returned to store I have this furnace in another room of my home and ordered a second 1 for the family room. The furnace arrived damaged. Top of the furnace was dented to the point that the fan blade could not spin . I returned it to the store. October 27, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good furnace. Furnace arrived in excellent condition, was exactly as advertised. I have finished installing and testing. All is great so far. Model is standing pilot light version. Pilot is a bigger flame then I think is ideal, but that seems to be the way it is designed. Gas valve is a Honeywell valve, not one of the valves listed in the parts list but similar. Owners/install manual is pretty good. It could use some more detailed information in places. I would recommend this furnace. June 23, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by great heater This is a great heater I love the way it heats the house.very good prouduct. December 19, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Works well after I repaired defective parts. The fan was supposed to have packing around it, it didn't. Consequently one of the blades was bent. I bent it back and it works until a new fan arrives. The fan motor was out of alignment so the fan was hitting the cowling. I manually bent the bracket , fixing the alignment. The connector on the igniter was broken off. I bought a new one at the hardware store and replaced. There was a small dent in the metal casing, which from other reviews, is pretty common. This furnace could be packaged better, there is no padding in the box it is shipped in. The furnace was relatively simple to hook up if you have experience running gas lines. The manual was confusing in that it gives the impression you can't use flex tubing for the final connection, until you read the fine print. The diagrams are very misleading. It also was wrong about the vent and intake tubes having to be protrude all the way through the vent opening. If you are literal this is not your manual. The factory service was honest about the manual being incorrect. They did send a new fan as soon as I told them the original was defective. Once connected the furnace is a delight. Heats very evenly and the warm air coming out at floor level keeps the floors toasty. The factory service was friendly and responsive to my questions. I'd buy it again but be ready to deal with problems due to poor packaging. Unfortunately that is normal nowadays. Being able to talk with live factory service people is nice. December 25, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Warm & Toasty This equipment is very efficient. Not difficult to install. We are using it to heat four rooms downstairs and the two bedrooms upstairs. It is located in the frontroom. It doesn't blow cold air, just warm air. The rooms are seperated by walls and doors, yet there is only a 4 degree difference from one end of the house to the furnace. Very happy with the relatively quiet operation and even heating throughout the house. It has optional front and side venting that I think we will invest in later. November 20, 2010
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great product for the price. Installation straight forward. External thremostat and blower fan included greatly add value Using it in a 900 sq ft apartment. Mounted it in the main living room due to convenience of hookup and access to natural gas. Bedrooms are a few degrees cooler but very comfortable. As an added bonus, the concrete floors in the main room stays warm resulting from the bottom forced heat from the heater. December 12, 2013
