65,000 BTU/Hr Counterflow Top-Vent Wall Furnace Natural Gas Heater is rated 3.5 out of 5 by 13.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Product!! I installed this in my cabin and it works great!! Easy to install. The only issue I had is when I was looking over the unit before install, I found the fan was not installed correctly, it was hitting the plastic shroud. Had to re position the fan. But great product, works great and is quiet.

This one has to be replaced. I expect it is as wonderful as the one we bought from Williams 35 years ago, but since it doesn’t fit, we don’t know.

Should have bought the Gravity/Convection model. This unit clearly must have electricity for the Fan. Otherwise, it seems heater won't come on. We get a lot of sub-freezing weather. We also experience power outages. I will replace with a convection model. I'd like to be able to turn off cabin Electricity but leave furnace/thermostat on (set at 45-50) to prevent cabin from freezing. But because the fan in this unit must have electricity for the heater to work, I now have to do a full winter shut down.

I had deleivered to the store and picked up. Perfect condition. Installed and this puppy puts out a ton of heat. Install was a breeze except for hooking up black pipe (always a pain no matter what type of furnace) This unit so far is an excellent unit.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Two Heaters Returned, Third One Damaged After taking two of these furnaces back, the third one arrived damaged and would not work. My heating professional worked on it for two days and had to replace parts. Of course this was not for free. He finally go it working and it is doing a great job. All products arrived with damages on the front grills and insides. If this one breaks down, I will return it and take my business elsewhere.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don't Buy this Furnace. This was really a mess. I order first one, fan was damaged, they where suppose to arrange to pick it up, they never did. We had to drive it to another town and return it ourselves. I othered another one. Looked like it had been in the war. Outside was all beat up. I told them to make sure it was correct before they shipped but talking to deaf ears. Also needed a vent kit to go through the ceiling and they did not have. You would have to buy that part from a dealer. Who sells a furnace with no vent kit available?
