The used ones I am looking at have a Fortress Industries sticker but a missing tag opposite of it, located inside the hinge. Was that a serial number?

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by These lightweight ramps make loading a breeze. High quality, lightweight, heavy duty ramps are the best that I've seen. December 11, 2012
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Hinge issue The ramps are OK and a good value but be prepared to address the sagging hinge in the middle. When unfolded the ramps do not sit flat. The metric bolt is too small for the holes and the clearance in between the sections is too much causing a sag. This is a problem if loading something with low ground clearance. I had to buy (2) 1/2"x10" bolts from Fastenal and then weld in a 3/16" plate in between the ramp sections to get them to sit flat. Manufacturer should design/build these better so the customer doesn't have to fix them. If you don't have the capacity to make them right you will need to live with the sag or look elsewhere. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Best multi-purpose ramps I can find I have a truck and trailer and got a set of these ramps after having rented them once. These were more expensive than most, but seem worth it to me with the multiple uses it can handle. They have the biggest load rating I’ve seen and I have used them to load a log on the trailer that was ~30 in dia by 8 foot long and they held up (but I was concerned, especially as it was in the middle of them). I like that they are a mostly flat platform with holes punched out to give some traction (versus ones that look like a ladder and are only for ATVs or such) so you can even use things like a hand-truck with solid wheels on them (which I’ve done loading a fridge in my truck bed). I may end up using them to load a small car on the trailer in the future since I’ve had issues with cars getting high-centered when using the short 5 foot ramps my trailer came with, but I’ve not tried that yet. The fact that they fold up and have the built in handles should make jobs needing them as easy as can be expected. October 12, 2013
