Rated 2.8 out of 5 by 5 reviewers.
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY! This DIY Patio DID NOT go together very good. When we got to the end it is 8 inches short for the 13 inch roof panel. We went to Home Depot for help, they did all they could by calling the company Rep ( Louis) but Louis told me to squeeze the ten foot long X 13 Inch wide panel to 12 inch wide, a panel that is made by a 5 ton press. Louis gave Home Depot no recommendations to solve the problem, other than follow the install directions. Home Depot worker got frustrated and recommended I call Louis, I did call him , left a message. He did not return our calls. I now have a patio cover with a 4" gap. I'm very disappointed with Louis and Metals Building Products! BE WARE POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS! October 16, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by product needs work The instructions are really poor and the panels are oversized which means each one takes much more than just a little pressure. Takes one person topside with mallet pounding panels together while a second person is under the panels applying pressure by holding a homemade piece of lumber the entire lenght of each panel. Being the panel widths are wider than stated each had to be pushed to the correct measurement so both ends matched the frame, this took strenght and ingenuity to accomplish. All this because the panels are not the correct size. This project was one frustrating ordeal for a seasoned craftsman. Not only this but fascia hardware was short by three. Of course what should one expect for $1600.00 ?.......much better product than this. So, no I wouldn't tell a friend to buy this, look elsewhere. July 25, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by i bought this for my mobil home looks great very happy i bought this and price was great and easy to set up two people about 5 hours great product bought this porch cover for my mobill home deck June 9, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Needs Better Instructions The product is very nice, clean-not cheap looking. I read that others felt the installation instructions lacked, and its true. We had our contractor install this patio cover and he even commented that the instructions weren't that clear. Other than that, the cover is very sturdy. Great product for the price. July 8, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointed Some of the panels were bent slightly making it impossible to get a good seal between the panels and we had to use caulking to close up the slight gaps to keep rain from falling thru the gaps. For what we paid, we expected better quality - it probably was a result of the shipping but by the time we realized some of the panels were bent, we couldn't take everything down and send everything back.
