Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by KLT58 These boards WILL WARP
I bought the Frame it All system online and was so excited that it was just what I wanted. One season goes past and it's wonderful. Next season when I go to add more soil (it compacts naturally) I notice that the wood composite planks are all warped. And warped by an inch in some places letting all my soil escape through the gap between upper and lower boards (I wanted a 2 board tall raised bed). They are guaranteed. But the company sent cedar wood planks that are smaller by 1/4 inch and shorter by 3/8 inch. So now I don't know what I am going to do. Beware-- THEY WILL WARP and you will have to install the entire garden AGAIN with real wood boards. It's so much work and I missed the entire 2014 gardening season waiting for replacements. So disappointing.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Farmeratheart Great garden barrier!
We needed a raised garden in a unique area, so we purchased this along with the garden/sandbox kit. It is easy to put together, anchors to the ground, holds the dirt well and looks great right up against our house! These even can be cut to size! We love it!

I am very pleased with the quality of the plastic timbers. They are heavy and well made. It was easy to put together with the stakes. Good value for the money.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by JMcQ Frame-It-All Products/Kits are Great!
I bought extra timbers and brackets with a 2-stepper kit in order to create my own custom raised garden bed. I'm very happy with the quality and look of the finished product. I might have to buy the solar lights to add some extra pizazz. It's easy to put together if you have an electric screwdriver or a handy Hubby. If not, it takes longer and some arm strength to attach the brackets to the composite timbers with a regular screwdriver.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by DIYmom Great for building swingset borders
These composite timbers are lightweight and seem to be durable. We just installed them, so time will tell with our northern climate winters. The only reason I docked them one bar in quality is that a few of the ends had cracked/broke during shipping. I had to cut a couple to size though, so I just used the broken ones for trimming. Note that the 4ft length includes the brackets (purchased separately) that you screw onto the ends of the boards. Very easy to install. See more comments under the joints reviews.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Gail Size not as specified
The length specified in this product description takes into account connector pieces that are typically used with this project and not the actual length of the project itself. The product is several inches shorter than the 4' specified. The product itself was what we were looking for however we needed it to be 4' long and it wasn't. After waiting for it to be delivered, we only had to return it.

This is great material to work with in the field. It is as rigid as real timber. It does not have to be treated to protect it yet is as strong as real lumber. An additional benefit is the reduced weight of an equivalent piece of timber and I do not have to continue to treat the lumber to protect it from the elements.

It's very easy to put these timbers together to make a nice raised garden bed. Don't have to worry about them rotting either. The only problem is the screws strip the timber plastic when putting the connectors on and some of the screws are a little loose. Everything seems to be staying in place anyway.
