Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by ShelB31 Large raised bed; design not easily seen
I loved this raised bed when I saw it online. It was much larger than I anticipated even though I knew it was 8 foot. The design is not easily seen because of the sheer size of the bed, though. It's a little awkward looking in my yard, but I hope once the flowers are in and get to a decent size, it will be prettier. I received 2 boxes of parts, neither of which had instructions. I had to go online and print them. However, my husband said it was easy to put together. Because of the height of the middle section, it takes a LOT of soil/mulch to fill this thing!

You can read my last review on the 10x10 bed, this has the same problem if you buy more than one type.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by billt Great addition to our home
We have a large side yard that is all sand and little grass thanks to the south Florida sun. We put the raised garden in the middle and many of our neighbors in our community have told us how great it looks. Several are considering one for their homes. It was easy to put together, and is very sturdy. We did a slightly different layout than the picture (two layers instead of three). If we get tired of the design, it would be no problem to rearrange.

What a great product. It was pretty easy to put together and looks just like the picture! It got here in only 2 days when I used the standard free shipping of 5-7 days. My yard is very rough ground, not level at all and it still only took us about 3 hours to get it all set up & level. All the pieces lined up well and, wonder of wonders, nothing was missing from the kits. I STRONGLY suggest you go to the Frame-it-all website and watch the video as there are no instructions in the boxes. There are pictures of different designs on the box but not much else. We are going to get the smaller kits with the greenhouse attachment next. I can't wait!

I really like the bed. Unlike some of the previous reviewers I found detailed instructions online, however I would make an adjustment to those instructions. It is silly to put the star layer together upside down and flip it. It loses it shape! The best thing to do is assemble the inside points of the star without pounding the stakes into the ground, then add the the second tier to be sure everything will fit exactly right. Once that is done the outer tips of the star can be easily moved to the correct position to assemble.
There were also previous comments about hard to remove labels. That is no longer a problem; they peel off easily and are placed so that it isn't really necessary to remove them.

Overall, I'm very happy with this item and think it looks beautiful all set up with my plants. The solar lights are pictured, but not included and it doesn't say this anywhere except on the manufacturer's website (not Home Depot's). Fortunately, I had my own I could add and a near close fit. It was relatively easy to set up, however the stickers they put on each and every individual timber piece are insanely difficult to remove and annoying. It might be a bit overpriced, but I enjoy having something really unique. I recommend going to the manufacturer's website to watch their 4 min video on how to set this up properly. Home Depot shipped it quickly, but the 2 boxes arrived on separate days which kept me from being able to set it up right away.

This is a great looking addition to my yard. Everyone says its like a work of art. I was surprised that the screw holes were not pre-drilled, but other than that it was pretty easy to put together. You will need two people to hold sections while you get the angles right. When you do have the angles correctly aligned, the stakes go in smoothly. It took two of us about two hours to install, which included clearing the installation area of mulch and landscape rock.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by 2BCT fantastic planter
This is a fantastic planter and was so easy to put together. It took approx. 2 hours from box to finished. I will say that the stickers are near impossible to remove so if you can master them remove them before building. It is still the greatest way to garden and it looks fantastic.
Many of my neighbors have stopped and I have given them the item number.
