It's still not clear from your answers. Does a two pack mean one corner/side or two corners/sides. Each joint takes two ends and a dowel to go into the bottom row. I want to add a second row on a 4 x 8 bed. Do I need to buy 3 two packs or 6?
Asked by: Max
To make it easy count one pack are good for two corners/joints. For example,if you would like to construct a square you would need two packs/4-joints. For triangle you still would need to buy two packs leaving you with one unused joint set /2-ends.

My boards are 12 by 8 by 2 in will these joints work

Cedar wood
Asked by: Kim
These joints will work with any length board as long as the width and height is 2x6. If your board is 2x8 the joint would be too short and if you were planning on stacking timbers, they would not stack properly.

How many packs are needed to build a one level bed?

Asked by: Cindy
there are two per package. A square or rectangle would require two packages. Any other polygon shape would obviously depend on the number of corners.

How high can you stack them?

Asked by: GreenAccountant
Using these stacking joints you can go as high as you want. As you get higher I would recommend cross-boards to help with stability.

I was concerned after learning the plan I laid out on paper didn't really work as I had pictured in my mind. It was no fault of the product, although I wished it could close into a tighter inside radius. Since these were not stocked at my store, I was thankful what I ordered online was still plentiful to complete the project with adjustments. I would order again. Assembly was simple and fast. I used 2x6 stained treated pine lumber cut to length to fit my garden.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Corner joints for garden bed. I used this item to create a bed against my shed. It seems sturdy. Screws were included in the package. I did have to shave a little of the 2" x 6" to slide it into the Frame it all stacking joint. Time will tell how well it holds up to the elements.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from great for multi-level projects The stacking joints have the same joints to screw onto the end of the timbers as the anchor joints, the difference is that the stakes are made to sit down inside the anchor (or stacking) joints so that you can stack up multiple levels. One tip - make sure that you drive the anchor joints down as close to vertical as possible, or it is difficult to line up the higher levels! Otherwise, great product - much easier to install the subsequent levels since there is nothing to pound into the ground. :^)
