Customer Questions & Answers

How many packs are needed to build a one level bed?

Asked by: Cindy
there are two per package. A square or rectangle would require two packages. Any other polygon shape would obviously depend on the number of corners.

Customer Reviews

Two Inch Series Stacking Joint (2-Pack) is rated 4.7 out of 5 by 38.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from great for multi-level projects The stacking joints have the same joints to screw onto the end of the timbers as the anchor joints, the difference is that the stakes are made to sit down inside the anchor (or stacking) joints so that you can stack up multiple levels. One tip - make sure that you drive the anchor joints down as close to vertical as possible, or it is difficult to line up the higher levels! Otherwise, great product - much easier to install the subsequent levels since there is nothing to pound into the ground. :^)

Rated 3 out of 5 by from 2 inch stacking joints I dont understand why they only come in packs of 2,Dont you need 4 to per frame. I needed 12 to be able to raise the bed to where I could be able to use the bed due to arthritis gets expmesive then needed 6 sets and if you have more then one bed to raise its cheaper to just buy the vegatables.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very Good Item Could Be a little bite stronger, corner were strong, but on the long run they wanted to bend. This is on a bed 18in high.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very easy to use This product is very straight forward. We built a raised garden bed two years ago and added a new one this year. We used these joints for both of them. The one from two years is still going strong. They just screw into the wood and stack up on each other if you want it more than one board high. This is a very easy way to build a raised bed.
