How far apart are the holes?

Looking at faucets that have 1 hot and 1 cold line and claim they are 4" centers. Will that work or do I need 8" centers? i.e. http://www.homedepot.com/p/T-S-Brass-4-in-2-Handle-Workboard-Faucet-in-Chrome-with-Gooseneck-Nozzle-B-1141/100408248
Asked by: garyh357
You'll need an 8" faucet for this sink. The holes are indeed 4" apart --- but it's a 3-hole sink. The 2 outside holes are 8" apart.

Top Mount Stainless Steel 20 in. 3-Hole Single Bowl Prep Sink is rated 4.4 out of 5 by 28.
Rated 2 out of 5 by from nice sink -poor quality for the price I would recommend this product, but only if you have VERY advanced knowledge to "make offshore junk" work. It's a really nice sink, perfect size for specialty uses, but the quality control and inspection must be ZERO. see photo. that poor metal-forming would lead to the sink sitting "proud" on one side. it would never look right and show the sealant between sink and counter forever. you can't just pound it down with a hammer and ruin the sink. I'm lucky I have the proper tools and tiny carbide cutters to fix it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product! My sink came in a timely manner, arrived in perfect condition and was the perfect size as a utility sink for my garage shop counter top. Did not take a lot of space, yet the bowl has a comfortable length and width necessary for use and the 10" depth is a real plus for filling a wash bucket for my autos.and cleaning paint brushes without splashing the surrounding area. Great product!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fine Small Sink Needed to install a sink in my daughter's apt, where we only had space for a 21 inch cabinet. With some careful design, using a 1-1/2 inch thick countertop, we managed to drop this sink in and use the 8 clips provided. Needed to chisel out small areas to allow the gripper teeth of the clips to work. While the installation was time consuming, and a little tricky, it did come out perfect. Well made sink, high quality and looks good. Only issue is the cardboard template was a bit misleading and a bit oversized by about 1/8 inch.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from difficult to install The sink is nice looking and it was the size we needed to put in a 24" cabinet, however the clips that hold the sink to the counter were very difficult to use. The instructions said to use 6 clips which did not hold the sink down well at all. We had to remove the sink and clean off the messy silicone caulk. We ended up buying 2 extra packs of sink clips and installing with all 16 clips - and it's still not as tight to the counter as we would like. As the clips are tightened, they have a tendency to bend and slide off the underside of the counter. Some clips are very close to the sink, so as this happens there is a risk of denting the sink as you are trying to tighten the screw on the clip. There has to be a better way to attach a sink to a counter!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great buy Mounting clips tough to fit to sink. Use pliers while sink is still upside down. Then set sink. Good strong clips! Nice deep sink.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful sink! I don't usually call a sink beautiful, but this one is. It is top quality and just what I needed. I needed a deep sink for the laundry area that would fit a 24" cabinet. Very nice sink.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from An excellent deep sink basin. Just what we were looking for to install in a new kitchenette, with limited counter space. We would recommend this sink. It has a deep sink basin to accommodate hand washing dishes in our new kitchenette.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Sink We installed this in the laundry room. Our old laundry tub was porcelain on steel, but cracked. This one is only two inches shallower than the one we removed, and we used an goose-neck kitchen faucet, which gave us room to put something a bit taller in the sink, and the sprayer allows us to place a 5-gal. bucket on the floor and fill it. It was easy to install and looks great. It's a great compliment to our newly painted laundry room.
