Delivered undamaged to my home. Professionally installed. Plumber complained about flimsy clamps that wouldn't work on top thicker than one inch. (had to chisel the wood support under the granite) Within days the left bowel separated from the top frame in the middle (see photo) and began to leak. Replaced with another undamaged sink and the same thing happened within two months. This is a three piece sink with the bowels pressed into the top frame rather than a single stamped piece.
The base where the holes are tilts in so the faucets lean in.
The drains are eccentric so will not line up with a different replacement sink.
Francke was no help at all, said to deal with Home Depot.
Home Depot will not cover labor expenses (probably around $400 after I install a third sink, not a Francke and not from Home Depot) and gave me a token $60 gift card after much angry discussion (which I still have not received).

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Lilswede I agree with Jeff from San Diego.
Two things that I like are the deep and offset basins, but that is all. It looked nice the day I had it installed, but the shiny finish shows water spots and scratches, so it doesn't look nice anymore. I 've had it less than a year, but looks very old already. The other thing that I do not like is the lip or rim around the top of the basins like the picture on Jeff's review. Crud builds up very quickly. Yuck. Takes extra effort to scrub. I would not get one like this again. Go with a smooth, one piece design and brushed, or satin finish. That's what I will do next time when I can replace this one.

We have had this sink for ~4 years before the seam on one bowl came loose (the bowls are separate pieces of metal that are pressed into the top frame).
We will contact Franke to test their lifetime warranty.

We really like how deep these sinks are and how large the left sink is. We can wash just about anything in the kitchen now.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by A178 Well worth the price
This sink is very deep and looks great in our new countertop. We could not afford the "top of the line," so chose this sink as a compromise and it was well worth the price. It looks more expensive than it is. Very happy with it.

We had this sink installed a week ago and love it! I was nervous about getting a stainless steel sink to replace our chipped cast iron sink; I didn't want an industrial-looking sink in our traditional, warm-toned kitchen, but I also wanted something durable enough to hold up to our three young children for years to come. Once this was installed I was SO glad I went with it. It doesn't look industrial at all, and it has the perfect amount of "shine" to it. (Not too shiny like a "mirror" finish that would scratch easily, but not dull either.) The sound is also very good; it doesn't have that "tinny" sound that lower-quality SS sinks can have. And the size of the bowls is perfect. I love that the left side is large enough to accommodate my large crock pot and cookie sheets, but that the right side is still plenty big. We had it installed by a plumber, and he said it was pretty easy to install as well. Overall I would highly recommend this sink!
