Answer:
Make sure these are roofing nails, not siding nails. The PCN45 takes wire collated roofing nails.

Answer:
Many people use a roofing nailer for fiber cement siding, but I wold advise reading the installation instructions from the manufacturer of your siding to ensure you do not void the warranty by installing incorrectly.

Rated 4.2 out of 5 by 15 reviewers.
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Freeman 15 Degree CoilRoofing Nailer A good product for the price. Has a tendency to shoot multiple nails. August 16, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Freeman Roofing Nailer Just did my roof with it and it worked beautifully. Only misfired once and that is because I don't think I loaded it perfectly. Keep the trigger down and bounce from one spot to the next. Don't try to shoot it like a gun on shingles maybe drip edge. It will dry fire empty. It was about the same price to buy this and do the job at my speed vs renting and paying more for the nails and having to drive back and forth a couple times. Very good product very good delivery. Only one size nails @ 1 1/4 but half the price of some others. I would like some 1 3/4 for other purposes. May 20, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Roofing Nailer Works great for my small jobs as a homeowner. I do not think it would be the best for a professional. I would buy it again as it is a good value for me. January 26, 2016
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by I WANTED TO LOVE IT I WANTED A NAILER FOR A SPECIFIC PROJECT SO I DIDN'T GO FOR THE MORE "PROFESSIONAL" MODEL. THE PROBLEM WITH THIS GUN IS THAT IT DOESN'T FEED PROPERLY. APPROXIMATELY EVERY THIRD NAIL, IT HAS TO BE REFED. IT IS ANNOYING AND SLOW. August 4, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Nailer for a great price This was an excellent buy at a great price. Fast delivery to the store also. May 5, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by This was a great value. I recently did the roof on my garage and was very happy with the performance of this tool. It is light and has a solid feel. Also it was easy to load. Don't know how it would stand up for a pro but great for a DIY'er November 14, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by reliable and tough. I was looking for a nailgun that was affordable and durable to redo my garage roof. After looking at several, i chose the Freeman pcn45. It worked perfectly. It even survived a fall from the staging with just a few scratches. Great coil nailer for the price. June 4, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by good value for the money This gun would be more for a Handyman and not a roofing contractor. I don't have that much time on it but compared to the Bostich Gun it looks like a little too much plastic and in cold weather could fracture also not sure on the replacemant parts . These are small things and still think it is a good value. January 10, 2012
