Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by myyellow Looks great and super easy to put together
I was able to assemble this table is under 10 minutes. Once assembled, the table looks great and I'm very happy with it. The legs are very solid, there is not wobble, and the table lies every even on the ground. The espresso color tone is very nice and really looks great for the price.
My only (minor) gripe is with the packaging of the table. When removing from the box, the packing Styrofoam nearly disintegrated leaving small particles stuck to the table and all over my floor (check out my screenshots). I had to clean the table off before assembling. Since my gripe was with the packing and not the product, I didn't knock any points off in my review.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by MaineYankee That little something extra
We needed a little something extra to put along the wall of our guest room, under the eave. The roof slants down and the spot is near the door, so nothing too high or deep could go there. This little table fits the bill, with room on top for a lamp and some flowers, room on the bottom shelf for books and magazines, and the added touch of a drawer for a few paperbacks in case our guests wish to indulge in a little light reading.
This table comes packed in a flat box, partially assembled. The legs screw together in two sections without tools with the shelf between. The finish is glossy and it is about desk height. I wouldn't put anything heavy on the bottom shelf, but it is sturdy enough for some books or a few photo albums.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Kathleen Perfect for behind the sofa and easy to assemble
This console table is the perfect height to put behind my sofa. I like the rounded shape of the table as there are no corners intruding into the room. Although it is not as wide as my couch, the shape of the table seamlessly complements the couch when placed centered. I am sure this table would do well in an entry hallway or against the wall in a dining room as a buffet as well. The small drawer is perfect to store coasters and napkins in.
The assembly is very easy. There are four legs, four feet, and two shelves. Attach the legs to the shelves, and the feet screw through the bottom shelf into the legs between the shelves. Attach the knob into the drawer and insert the drawer into the top shelf.. I was able to have this assembled in under 10 minutes.
It is good quality. Some of the pieces are made of solid wood, while others are made of composite with wood veneer. This is not unusual however for furniture as the use of particle board prevents warping around the drawer area that could occur with natural grain wood.
My only complaint is the type of Styrofoam that was used in the packaging. It's the kind that breaks easily into little balls that cling everywhere. As soon as I opened the package, I had a "snow storm" so be ready with a vacuum.

Okay, so I wasn’t expecting fine furniture, and I knew assembly would be needed, but I wasn’t quite expecting this level of craftsmanship or packaging.
Upon opening the box, I knew I was in for a much longer assembly experience than I first thought. Foam beads were everywhere (see photo). There was no inner plastic wrap of the furniture pieces, so it took me a full 20 minutes with the vacuum cleaner to clean up the initial box opening, plus one full vacuum cleaner bag. This was packed with the lightest, poorest quality foam available.
After finding and cleaning all the pieces, I noticed that there were no installation instructions. None whatsoever, at least in my box. Maybe a one time slip-up or maybe they just are none. It isn’t difficult to assemble, and after looking at the parts for a couple minutes you will figure it out, but it would at least have been nice to initially see if any parts were missing, proper cleaning, warranty information, etc.
Basically, assembly is that long legs attach to top with two bolts each, short legs have a threaded rod out the end which fits through bottom shelf and into holes in the end of long legs. My only problem was that there was glue or paint that partly blocked the threaded hole (photo). After knocking that out with a nail, it went together fine. Note photos of construction methods: Almost all pieces are butted together, glued and tacked. Not a very strong connection for those that know wood working or furniture building, so this shouldn’t be expected to last through many house movings or endure any abuse. Almost all parts are MDF, with the exception of the drawer front (pine) and the legs (some sort of hardwood). When it was all together, it did wobble a bit from being uneven. Sitting on a carpet or against a wall as designed would minimize this to an acceptable level.
I’m giving this table 3 stars. I do like the design, but deductions for the terrible packaging and lack of instructions, and for light-duty joints and the glue in threaded connection holes.

Assembly was quick and easy. Product was in good shape, no scuffs or scratches. Works perfectly as a small foyer table in the entryway of our home. Have been looking for something like this for a long time & cost was very reasonable compared to similar models. Happy with the purchase!

I have been looking for these "half" tables for a while and the smaller ones are the same price as this one. It had only a few pieces to put together, looks elegant and isn't made out of cheap looking materials. I am very happy with this purchase.
