Toilet was delivered to my home with no issues. Because of the unique installation I had my plumber install vs doing it myself. My plumber had no issues installing this toilet in my unit (condo). He drilled into the marble floors and in an hour he was done. I love the overall look of this toilet. It is super sleek looking. Love the soft close seat. Dual flush is awesome. Overall flushing power seems very strong. So far no issues at all. I highly recommend this toilet if you are looking for a sleek modern toilet. I would recommend having a professional install so you dont have any issues. I will be ordering a 2nd one for my other bathroom.

Very good looking toilet that seems to work well. Only issue so far is that a guest needed a plunger during its first week of operation. I hope this isn't going to be a recurring issue.

Beautiful toilet - skirted, one piece, very sleek and modern looking! It's perfect for a small space in particular. Installation was a pain - my dad installed it for us and he's built two houses literally from the ground up, including plumbing and electrical, and it took him a while to figure out how this was supposed to work. The instructions were pretty useless and the measurements were completely off so he measured everything himself.
Once installed, as another reviewer mentioned, we also heard water leaking out of the toilet while the tank lid was on. However, if you remove the lid, you'll see that the leakage is caused by the two plastic screws that depress the flushing buttons - for some reason, they're just a little bit too long, so are always pushing the buttons down a tiny bit and letting water escape. I was able to take a file and file off about 1/16" of each of the screws and now have no problem with leaking and the toilet still flushes just fine!

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by MWB1 How can u choose?
This toilet has all the features I am looking for BUT with no MaP or other object rating of it;s flushing capacity/efficiency I can't risk ordering it online, installing it and risk that it wont work. Almost all toilets now use the rating system but Fresca doesn't even rate it on their site.

Well, my wife wanted a dual flush with a certain look and while this one was about $150 over the one she first picked out - her first choice wasn't available online (and neither is this one as I write this review), so we shelled out the money for this one. First, I wouldn't try installing this myself unless you have above average skills - it definitely left my installer scratching his head a few times. If you are not replacing your floor and have tile -- there's definitely some drilling through tile (and if you have porcelain tile, that's near impossible) or cutting of tile for the mounting brackets. It's not an ordinary size - so take some measurements -- I missed having to have my water line relocated by about a quarter of an inch! The biggest issue I have with this toilet is that when the top is set firmly in place - it leaks water into the bowl and when the water reaches a certain point, it re-fills again. If I leave the top (with the two buttons) slightly ajar there are no leaks -- that points to the problem being with the flush buttons - which serve as an activator switch to push the main flush mechanism inside the toilet. I haven't found an adjustment. I plan to call Fresca -- their web site is totally useless when it comes to assistance and the instructions would be good to help to start a fire. So, at best, you can say I'm ambivalent about this toilet. Looks good, always is a big benefit when something works like it's supposed to -- especially for what I paid for it.
