Can dryer model GLEO2152ES0 be stacked on top of this washer?

Asked by: Gkq
Yes but if you don't buy the listed stacking kit (now an option) you will need to fabricate some clips. I did have the stacking clips from the previous set and used them with the optional stacking clips and double stick tape. Just to say I'm a belt and suspenders type of guy.

What is the absolute min height to go under a counter (e.g.remove top)

My current frigidaire, 14 years old is under a tiled countertop. Machine is 35.5" w/o white top, which is fine. Counter clearance is 35.75" max. thank you
Asked by: lcm
Yes height is ok @ 36" but beware of depth! It sticks out under counter 3-1/4" with vent!

Can this new front load washer be stacked with a 2010 a Frigidaire model LEQ1452KS dryer?

I purchased in 2010 a Frigidaire model LTF2140FS2 front load washer and stacked it with a 2010 Frigidaire model LEQ1452KS electric dryer. The washer needs to be replaced and I am wondering if I buy this Frigidaire 3.9 CU. FT washer whether it will stack with my current dryer
Asked by: Brad
What I would do is check the dimensions of the top of the old washer and see if it's the same as this one. if it is, then its stackable. These manufacturers are trying to get consumers to purchase two separate appliances when only one is needed. I have the same problem. I purchased another stackable brand washer and I'm going to stack it with my dryer which is still fine even if I have to install new brackets.

3.9 cu. ft. High-Efficiency Front Load Washer in Classic White, ENERGY STAR is rated 4.0 out of 5 by 492.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from 2nd washer works great! I've had this machine about 5 years. The first one had problems with the door not closing properly. Replaced with same model. Does a super job of cleaning clothes. ONLY problem is with the rubber gasket. IT STINKS!! I always leave the door fully open after each load. Use the wash cycle at least once a month with only bleach and vinegar but unable to remove smell. The gasket doesn't get the treatment due to the fact that the water does not go to the sides and top. Just be aware!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Frigidaire Nightmare This washer is garbage, do not waste your money. 2 washers in a year and a half. First washer was repaired 3 times until it broke and flooded my laundry room. Washer #2 was just as bad. Repair call after repair call. All the repair guys that come out to work on it says it's junk. Broke again last week and we just wanted our money back or a pro rated portion their of, we were done. Frigidaire wanted to send out more repair people. That was all they were willing to do. We said no and bought a new washing machine & dryer that were not Frigidaire or their parent company's Kenmore & Electrolux. Poor quality and from a company that offers no service. Where do they make this junk? Hope my misery will help someone avoid a similar mistake.

I first bought this unit in January of 2016, it was dead out of the box, it was replaced with a new one that lasted less than two years. When I asked the local HD about some kind of discount on the third one, I was told nothing could be done

The other two are still going strong. I gave one to my sister and the other to my brother. My machine is now nearly 5 years old with no issues. With a Frigidaire front loader you need to ALWAYS keep the following in mind. Gently open and close the door but never force. Sometimes you have to push the door in to open, then pull out. ALWAYS leave the door ajar or fully open when not washing. Do not overload. Read and understand the manual. You'll get years and years of incredibly clean clothes with a minimum of water.......

We purchased this model a few months ago to replace our old Frigidaire washer, because it was the closest in size and style to the old one, which is no longer available. I'm not as happy with this model, as there are some small but significant changes: - The drum is more moveable, so loads go unbalanced easily - I thought front-loaders weren't supposed to have this problem? I have to do very small loads to avoid this, which ends up wasting water, energy, and time. - There are plentiful cycle options, but some fundamentally lack control over features. Want to do a quick cycle? Well, you can't, if you want hot water! Cold is the only option on that cycle. - It's LOUD. Forget about doing laundry on a weekend morning when anyone is asleep. - The door still has that latch problem that our old model had. At least I know beforehand this time that you have to be gentle with the door on this model, as the latch has a design flaw that makes it vulnerable to breakage over time. - The gasket space is much larger on this model, which means that small items like socks can get caught in there. Just place them carefully when you load the machine so they're less likely to get spun into the door, and always check the gasket after each load. General info: As with all front-loaders, you have to be proactive to avoid "the funk": after every wash, leave both the detergent door and the washer door open so everything can dry out. Also, after every wash, be sure to remove any hair or debris from the inside of the door/gasket. If you get "the funk," run an empty wash with a cup of white distilled vinegar. I haven't had any real problems with this unit, but I can't recommend it, either.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Reliable Economical Clothes Washer We are the happy owners of our fourth, yes fourth, Frigidaire FrontLoader washing machine! We have moved four times, selling the washers each time with the house. We bought the first Frigidaire front load washer August 2002 in Wisconsin. Bought next one in Tennessee 2005. Our next one in Florida in 2016 and another for our new home in Tennessee in March 2017! We have never had a service problem of any kind and my wife washes a load or two almost daily!! With that kind of history it's easy to understand why we own Frigidaire front load washers and dryers. Reliable, dependable, compact washers that work and keep on working year after year, saving water and detergent all the while! The high speed spin enables the dryer to finish quickly which also saves more money on electricity. Love Frigidaire, try one! Just about adds up to the price of a new machine - poor design makes for a difficult economic proposition.
