Rated 5 out of 5Â by Applianceangel Love this washer!!
I absolutely love this washer! Enjoy using the delayed feature wash. I do maintain it by cleaning the gasket on a weekly basis. I try to quickly wipe gasket dry when I put clothing in dryer but often I just leave the door slightly ajar so that it dries. This helps with smell that is often associated with front load washers and mildew. In reference to previous reviewer, imagine the mildew that is in other machines that you don't see? All machines should have some type of cleaning done to eliminate smell / mildew. Having the luxury of working in a service shop, almost all washers have some type of build up. What I love best about this washer is that it spins my clothes very well, so my dryer has less work to do!

I bought this machine because it was the largest machine that would fit my space. We are a family of three and I always have room inside for more. This machine has some nice features. I love the sanitize cycle for my towels. There is a pause button if you forget an item mid-cycle. (Start button is a little difficult to push - might be difficult for an elderly person.) The machine always tells you how much time is left in the cycle. Plenty of options for setting temperature and cycle. It is a bit loud and grumbly when changing from wash to rinse, but is quiet otherwise and cleans well. No problems with vibration. A bit of water accumulates in the gasket; I take a paper towel when I'm done with all my wash and quickly sop it up. Such is the way of a front loader!

Rated 1 out of 5Â by MOLDPROBLEMSdoNOTbuy Extremely disappointed - zero stars!
This washer requires you to actually dry it out after each wash... The mold that grows in the gasket of this washer is absolutely horrifying. Horribly flawed design! Even after doing bleach solution wash cycles the mold is still there and continues to reappear. The company considers mold to be a cosmetic issue and will do nothing about it (even though we discovered mold all over well before the one year warranty was up.) not to mention, the least of our worries, the washer is installed on our second floor and is very loud during the rinse cycle. Surprised that Home Depot will even sell these to their customers. Very disappointed.
