Customer Questions & Answers

Number and style of racks?

The specs say that this comes with three racks, but in one of the images, there are clearly four, and one that can be adjusted into a half rack. How many racks and which kind of racks come with this model stove? Thank you.

Customer Reviews

30 in. 5.8 cu. ft. Electric Range with Self-Cleaning Convection in White is rated 4.3 out of 5 by 211.
Rated 2 out of 5 by from Bought the range for a kitchen remodel and after 3 years the heating element and electric oven control blew out. Its been 2 weeks since repair came to house and still waiting on back order parts. Found whatever timing a recipe stated that this oven always needed an additional 10 to 15 minutes or longer than recommended. My daughter bought a different model and finds the same problem that food takes so much longer to cook thoroughly.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bad Temp Control After 4 yrs I have had 4 TECHNICIANS here to FIX the incorrect oven temp. 4 service charges and parts later, the oven STILL does not work properly. The stove top configuration is not for anyone under 5 ft. The large burner need to be to the back. The rubber feet under the burners keep coming off. This FEEDUP Baker with FLAT cakes DOES NOT recommend this brand. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very Disappointing Model # LGEF3033KQH I had to replace my previous Frigidaire Gallery Range after the control panel quit functioning. Went back to Frigidaire because all of my appliances are bisque color and wanted same color stove. I have had this range for LESS THAN TWO YEARS and it is not nearly as good as my old one. The oven takes forever to heat up. The convection function does not work as well, and the burner set up is less than optimal. Most recently there is another control panel problem and my oven light will not shut off. Further, my daughter had a boil over when cooking potatoes. The water went down the vent between the two panes of glass on the oven door and now it is streaked and cannot be cleaned. There is no way to access it and the oven door looks dirty. I will not be buying any more Frigidaire appliances.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love it so far I have only had this oven for couple of weeks ... so far everything I have baked came out perfect! Evenly baked and about 25% less time. The cooking on the stove is also a delight.. everything cooks evenly in the pots and pans. So pleased with this investment.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from 3 years and done We have been using this oven for a little over 3 years once we remodeled our house. It worked well up until a week ago when it just stopped heating correctly. The broiler burner will no longer heat up. I am so frustrated as I expected it to last much longer than 3 years without a repair. Now it will cost me several hundred to get it fixed. I purchased Frigidaire appliances after much research and consideration. Now, I can't imagine purchasing another Frigidaire project.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from be aware! I bought this unit 2 years ago. Digital Electronics is not designed to be washed. Wipe down only it Malfunctions if it get wets. if you look careful you can see some electronics exposure due to faceplate not aligning. I have learned the hard way and have to replace the electronic for the second time

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Great as long as you don't cook with it! This stove was invented by a man who never cooked in his life. Five burners are great to have, but I'll bet no one has a cooking utensil large enough to cover the front two burners with the 'quick boil' feature. It's inconvenient to use the back burners for small pans; there should be one in the front. Also, the glass top is great if you don't ever cook. It requires constant cleaning. The top burners heat up quickly, but it takes forever to cool down. So, you have to wait quite a while to clean the top, usually long after you've finished the meal and the dishes. I wish I had my old '20th century stove' back!
