Appearance it top notch and all the functions work well. This is the final SS appliance upgrade (replacing white) in our kitchen. It is a significant upgrade to the ~twenty year old GE, white double oven it replaced.
Factory Quality Control needs to be improved. The meat probe socket needed to be replaced and different color wires dropped down in the space between the two ovens; which detracted for the appearance.

Ovens have met our expectation. They seem to be good quality in both appearance and function.
However, when ordering them online, it was impossible to find out accurate delivery information.
Home Depot "chat guy" would not answer the question directly regarding what the delivery included. They repeatedly told me to "trust in the system" and to not be negative. I needed to know if the delivery team would remove the old ovens from the cabinet and place the new ones in the cabinet. The "conversation" with chat person was insulting and useless. The guy should be fired. He told me if it didn't work out for me at the time of delivery, I should cancel my order. He refused to research my question.
In summary, the delivery does not include removal from cabinet because the ovens are hardwired and need an electrician for removal and hookup of the new ovens. Delivery team would only set the ovens down on the kitchen floor. The rest was up to me. Why couldn't the useless "chat guy" tell me that ahead of time?? That's all I wanted to know so that I could plan ahead.

When i purchased i asked if it would fit into my cabinet. sales person said if i had a 30 inch now it would fit. unit was shipped to my home and i had a contractor install. while installing they discovered that this unit was 3 inches shorter than my opening. in the installation manual it says if that occurred that i could space up the oven and order a larger trim to cover the bottom from a service center. they also told me about a guaranteed fit program from Frigidaire and that i could file a claim and Frigidaire would pay for reworking my cabinets up to $300.00. I called the customer service number in the manual and expected they would just send me a larger trim and i would not need to file a claim. I was told she couldn't find a part number for the larger trim. after 45 minutes on the phone she finally found the part number and told me it would be over $90.00. Now I must hire a cabinet maker and file a claim for reimbursement or pay over $90.00 for a small piece of trim. one of the worst policies I have ever heard of and i definately would not have purchased the unit if i had know how bad their service and policies were

Replaced our oven of over 20 yrs. Exactly what we were looking for. Everything is so convenient and easy to use. I dont know what some reviewers are expecting an oven to do. It is not loud, but not silent. yes it takes about 5 mins to heat up. big whoop. beware though the haul away $15 fee, which means that it has to be out of the kitchen and in the garage for the delivery people to haul it away, they dont un install it. I dont know how the average family can accomplish this..

I really want to like this oven. The controls are easy to use, the space available to cooking is wonderful, and it should be a great purchase. However, it has not operated properly since it wS installed in March (5 months ago). Since I WANT to like the oven, I have been exceedingly patient in attempting to contact the company. It took a 45 minute phone call to get the repair person out. The repair person is knowledgeable and experienced, and has done everything he can (including calling the factory) to repair the unit. After three attempts, the oven temperatures are still erratic- sometimes right on target, other times as much as 114' below the set temp. The factory told the repair man I should adjust the temp up by 30 to fix this. I am not a math major, but I know this won't work. I have been emailing with a "communication sepecialist" to no avail. My advice- buy a different oven as Frigidaire will not help you if you need help with your brand new oven

Easy to learn how to opperate. Have only used it a few times. Things seem to be cooking a bit quicker than I'm used. Sharp corner will give your bare arm a scrape if you are not careful.

Enjoyed the keep warm feature in both ovens as it kept all foods warm for Easter Dinner.
The convect conversion from baking temp was so easy to use and understand.
