CUSTOMER REVIEWS

Rated 4.1 out of 5 by 117 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great and we LOVE it! Others have said that the oven takes a long time to preheat but I have to disagree - while yes it takes a few minutes longer the extra time is well worth it as it heats at a slower rate allowing all the surfaces to heat deeply so that when the door is opened to put your food in its not going to drop 200 degrees then blast the heat elements to heat the oven again. As to cleaning the top it's no different than any other flat top - but at least with a flat top your not stinking up the kitchen when something is on the coils of a regular stove. We love the probe very accurate but the lack of an alarm setting is stupid hence the Good on Features. We really like the finish and the colors and is a definate 'Diamond in the Rough' in our temp OSB and 2 x 4 kitchen, in one area we are using the corner protector from the packing as a backsplash, the protector is that strong. Hope this review is helpful to any wanting more info and enjoy your stove! March 12, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Purchasing Experience! Exceptional Product! For my wife, this has been a dream come true! She loves to bake and the old stove was over 15 years old and you were lucky if the oven and range top burners reached the proper temperatures. Having done some research on convection ovens, I found many reviews on the Frigidaire 5.7 Cu. Ft. Self-Cleaning convection oven. After reading many owner testimonies and being familiar with the Frigidaire name, all that was left for me to do was to order the stainless steel version along with a new stainless steel range hood. Had been planning this for over six months and the time had come when the price was reduced and the product was available in the warehouse. You should have seen her face when she came home that day and saw her new oven and range hood! She was literally in tears! Of course, she thought that this was her 'Big' Christmas gift, but alas, it wasn't. She cooked the traditional Prime Rib for Christmas in her new oven with the temperature probe attachment and it was probably the best prime rib she has ever done and there has even been a promise that I might soon see a Dutch Apple Pie! If you're thinking about a new stove for your home, this is definitely one that might want to consider! January 6, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Do not purchase this stove. I purchased this stove November 2014.This stove is poorly made. The vents in the glass door allow drips of oil, water, etc. between the glass which leaves the glass stained. Beautiful and expensive looking however the stains between the glass on the door takes away from its beauty. I bought extra warranty only to be informed that this was not covered by its warranty. The way I see it is this stove is poorly made and should be covered by its warranty. I can not recommend this product. March 5, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Beware of this stove I must be the only person who makes a mess when cooking. After 1 month of use, some how the top vents on the oven door allowed drips to form between the two pieces of glass. now they are crusted black after I ran the self cleaning option. wow, what a poor design. look closely at the top of the oven door and you can see the vents, water, spray or anything that might be wiped to clear CAN LEAK INTO THESE VENTS AND SCREW UP THE NICE CLEAN LOOK OF YOUR KITCHEN. so very disappointed. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Slow to heat and there's that vent in the front that lets a drip go inside the glass window. I purchased this product to go with my Gallery Refrigerator and upgraded a bit because the base model did not really look appealing with the black knobs. This stove looks nice, but the front vents are a poor design. It is only a matter of time before a drip goes on the inside of the glass. The size of the burners are a plus, but they are slow to heat. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Nice!!!! I Like the Look of this stove, it has a nice finish! Easy to clean. March 19, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Convection oven I ordered this online and was surprised when it was delivery that my stainless steel range was otherwise all black. I am disappointed that the two large burners are both in the front. If I am simmering something in a small pan it has to be in the back and I have to reach over the large/tall pots to stir it. I have had glass top stoves for years but this one seems to show all prints and water marks. The oven probe seems to need to be calibrated. Both times I have used it the meat seems to be over cooked when I take it out of the oven at expected temperature. December 10, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great Value We moved five times in 15 years; and since I like to cook we replaced the exsisting range every single time. The first three times I got a Jenn Air down draft. The first range I loved. The 2. was just a cooktop, in which the air duct started rusting within a year. I blamed this on the insufficiant suction due to faulty design of the cooktop, and got another Jenn Air range the next time around; hoping it would perform like the first one. Bad mistake. Little suction = lots of rust. So when we remodeled the last kitchen I decided to get this range. The two negative things I can say about it after two years are that the convection fan is a little noisier compared to the Jenn Air ranges, and the cooktop scratches easily. I once overlooked a tiny grain of sand from produce... so make sure the surface is clean before placing the pots, and don`t drag them around too much. On the other hand; you can get three of these ranges for the price of one Jenn Air. We just moved again; and I will definitely get another one of these. September 22, 2012
