I've had it a month, used it 3 times and the dryer won't stay on. It's also very noisy. Every time the washer fills it sounds like you're in the hull of a sinking ship. It's really obnoxious. It's been a nightmare to get it serviced. Stay away!

First one wouldn't spin, changed all parts no results. Second one wouldn't spin cycle (about to lose the tenants). Check everything said it's OK, must be the outlet, they tell me to hire an electrician (all OK). They won't give a refund, sending a third. Bought another brand, putting the third one in storage, not only losing money on purchase, but gave back some rent money and to pay an electrician. Had a couple Frigidaire products in the past, no problems, but the customer service is very FRIGID. Electrolux is suppose to be a quality company!?!

The machine has never properly done the spin cycle. Sometimes, after the load finishes, I can turn it to "rinse/spin" and get it to spin, but sometimes even that doesn't work. I wind up running everything through 2-3 times in hopes it will spin, and then usually wind up having to wring my clothes out in the shower and hang them to dry. I've had a technician out twice to fix it, still not fixed.
Furthermore, the design is stupid. No matter what I do, the machine bangs insanely during the cycle -- it sounds like someone is hammering my apartment, and the whole machine shakes so much that I'm afraid it might actually break itself to pieces. I told the technician this, and he said I need to balance the clothes. No amount of "balancing" by me has fixed the problem.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0Â by RadioWaves Down the drain...early excitement washed away. Left wringing my hands....and my wash!
Only once has it wrung out the clothes sufficiently on a regular cycle.. The other loads all come out soppy wet. I've read the manual. I've tried small, med and regular size loads. I've tried every setting and about 50% of the time the Rinse/Spin cycle is the most consistent. The Energy Rating should be reevaluated. Any savings from the washer is LOST because the clothes either have to be put through a separate Rinse/Spin Cycle or dried TWICE on the longest time available...thats 180 MINUTES! Try telling your landlord that your new washing machine leaves your clothes too wet.

You would be better off washing clothes by hand than using this machine.
