Cover would not get tight enough to hold around faucet. Needs to come with a zip tie to secure properly.

Easy to put on, but the upcoming winter weather will determine if it really keeps my spigot from freezing.

Actually, the best part of this was the ease of buying on-line at Home Depot and having it ready to be picked up. I gave them to my daughter and she says she prefers them to the big foam things she used last year. They are easy to put on and will be very convenient to store for next year. No frozen pipes so far and it was well below freezing last night.

Installed this winter at the beginning of a cold snap and have left them in place. Extremely easy to install, less than 1 min per Faucet, and seem to be doing the job. I found them to have more appeal and were easier to use than the styrofoam version.

I bought these 'socks' to cover my outdoor faucets against cold weather. I am not a handy kind of person. They were extremely easy to install. They stay attached after windy days in midwest. No problem with broken pipes so far. The material looks like a puffy winter coat.

Easy to install on of the outside faucet/ spicket.
It was well worth the 2 minute install to cover for winter.

These are great and so easy to use. So much better than the old ones I've used for many years. Like them so much I bought a pair for an elderly friend.
