Rated 3.1 out of 5 by 24 reviewers.
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by A good replacement door sweep I bought this to replace the draft blocking cloth sleeve accessory for my front door. I cut it to size with no problems. I slid it on with no problems. It was very stiff at first. Making it very hard to open and close the door. It loosened up some after a several days and my wife and I got used to resistance After a couple of weeks of moderate use, one of the vinyl strips peeled off the bottom. An other one is starting to peel off. I expected this product to last at least a year if not longer. I shall see how it fares over the winter. I would still recommend this because it is doing the job I need it to do. Seal the bottom of the door and help keep out bugs. August 21, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Works as advertised I bought this door sweep to replace an old, worn version a previous home owner had used. I had hoped the screw holes would line up to what was originally on the door. While that was not the case, the open edges of this sweep are slightly tilted in and stiff and it has held itself in place so well, I've not even bothered with the screws. Installation was so easy I feel it's a joke to even call it that. It slipped quite nicely on the edge of the door. Granted, if you do bother to drill for the screws, there would be a bit more to it. It was just a touch wider than my standard 36 inch entry door, but didn't require any trimming once I split the difference along either side of the door. I could also feel an immediate, significant decrease in draft coming from the door (as opposed to no door sweep). So much so, my dad even commented the next time he was over how much better it was. My only complaint are the lack of color options. I would have preferred either black to match my door or some approximation of satin nickel to match my chosen hardware. That being said, it isn't as if that's really something anyone ever really focuses on, and my trim is white so it blends in when the door is closed. February 17, 2016

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Works Perfect Was just what i needed. Installed easy and keeps draft out. December 9, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by It worked In my home, I had this slide-on door bottom which wasn't working because the bottom pieces of plastic which stop bugs from coming in your home and make the door seal better were broken off. This replacement was identical to the one that was on. It is made of vinyl and my son had to cut off a very small piece to make it fit on my 36 in door. But it was easy for him to do and didn't take long. since it is fairly new, I am not sure about the durability but so far it has kept bugs from crawling under my door which was my main purpose. And I used to be able to see light under the door but not now. The inside has screws but the outside just slips on. July 29, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great product Works great to close gaps on top of doors too. Would recommend this product July 14, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by It works... but I made it work better... In our condo, we have french doors that open to a balcony. The original builder installed the slide on door bottom incorrectly, so I replaced both sets from HD. While what I did helped, I could still feel a bit of air coming through the screw holes for both doors. After thinking a bit (and being cold walking by in the middle of the night), I went and bought some spray foam (Great Stuff). I used painter's tape above and below the holes and several inches wide on the floor in front of the holes. I sprayed foam in each screw hole, then let it set. I trimmed the excess, caulked the hole to match the color and was done. Both doors are now 100% weatherproof with zero air coming through anywhere. As an added bonus, the street noise is just about gone, so the doors are pretty much soundproof too. Easy fixes that simply took some thought. February 13, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Love it! This was perfect for me. I had a very large gap at the bottom of my door and so much air was coming through. The price is what got me, figured I'd give it a try and if it didn't work it only cost me a few bucks. Easy to measure, used a small hacksaw to cut to size, slid it on, screwed it in place and voila! No air coming in or out! I'm going to save so much on my heating now! Perfect for me, I recommend it, and I'm a girl with limited home improvement skills. January 24, 2015
