The best way to know is to grip a corner somewhere of your existing weatherstripping and pull the see if it releases from a slot in the door and then view the profile. If the profiles match, it will likely act as a replacement for what you have quite easily and within minutes.
If not alike, the fellows at the Pro Desk might be able to find what you need.

Answer:
Yes there is a special "spline" that slides onto the edge of the plastic fin that goes into the slot (kerf). I got mine at a local lumber yard / building materials store. It was easy to slip onto the weather stripping, and fit perfectly into the kerf.

I had the same issue, an older Peachtree door with the 1/4" kerf. I bought the weatherstripping product for 1/8" kerf doors. I added .175" diameter screen spline cut to the same lengths as the weatherstripping and pressed them into place with the flat side of a 3" flexible putty knife. The screen spline will fit into the recess in the new weatherstripping and compensate for the kerf size difference. Easy Read More

Nice tight fit and no more drafts! Plus, you can still remove the new weatherstripping for painting if needed because you didn't use any nails, glue or caulk. Read Less

I have a wider kerf and couldn't find wider fins to fit

This question is from E/O 1 in. x 7 ft. Brown Replacement Foam Kerf Door Seal
October 29, 2013
The original foam is around 3/8" wide so this Replacement doesn't hold inside.
Is there another part number with a wider KErf?

So far I made it fit with extra foam tape, but I don't like that it's loose on the side I didn't use foam tape

Answer:
There is not a wider fin available. You could staple the fins into the Kerf or even place a small bead of Silicone to help seat and tighten the fins.

Rated 4.1 out of 5 by 21 reviewers.
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Wasn't as wide as I thought it would be I was trying to buy a replacement weather seal for the back door. Thought I was getting a wider cushion or crush-zone, but did not. Apart from that, it was long enough, it fit into the kerf area as expected. It seemed like a good product. It just didn't fit my needs and it is cost prohibitive to send it back. September 13, 2016
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Watch out for bent or warped ones! 3 doors: 2 each for the sides, 1 for the top. I bought 8 - enough for the job. One of them, the plastic spine was bent/warped, and kept popping out of the slot. Went to two nearby HomeDepot's to get replacement, only to find that most of the box were also warped. These are packaged in a tall 6"x6" box, and stacked vertically in the store, which causes the bottoms to bend/warp. The "convenient" opening, about 8" from the bottom, requires that you to further bend each seal to get it out of the box. The dozen or so in one box were all warped. I'll try another HomeDepot soon. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Limited for Certain applications These are great for shaded doors, but they will shrink more than 5% on a door exposed to west facing sun. I did not believe it, but several months after installation this shrank 7". It was like someone took a piece out! Both left and right sides. September 6, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Works well Easy enough to snap right in. I used regular kitchen sheers to cut it to length. Wish HD carried the white color as well. I needed 3 to cover a regular door way. The one you use for the top (roughly 3 feet) ends up with 4 feet of scrap so the best bang for the buck would be to do 2 doors at a minimum so you dont end up throwing away the 4 feet piece. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Door seal Have a puppy that loves to scratch at the door have had to replace many times, this seal works great I can tell the difference when it is leaking and not, installs very easy and works great. August 29, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good Choice Installation easy! Measure, cut and place. Good insulation quality. March 1, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Must have been defective or damaged. I bought these to replace old door seals. Apparently the ones I bought were either defective or they had been damaged. The rubber like substance had not been glued adequately to the plastic so when I pushed the plastic into the groove, the rubber like substance did not seed into the groove like it was supposed to. I tried to use hot glue to fix, but was unsuccessful. If you do use these make sure they are glued together properly. They probably will work for you then. October 15, 2015
