installed them and like the adjustable feature. .Unfortunately they close by themselves. The adjustment head isWAY TOO LOOSE and no way to make them tighter. So you might think everything is fine until you notice a couple of half dead plants..Sure enough they had closed off ALL BY THEMSELVES. .

We hired a landscaper to re-do a portion of our yard. He replaced some of our existing drip system with these. What a disaster. These are adjustable (which is good), but even when barely open, they put out a ton of water. Here in CA we are in a drought so I had to remove all of them and put back the drip system. (Glad I paid the guy for his help!) Given the amount of water these put out, I'm not sure I will ever be able to find a use for them.

Bought 3 boxes of these (150) to replace ones that were several years old and clogged on a large project. They install very easily with a pair of pliers and/or channel locks. You can adjust them from full flow to a dribble, full flow being about a 6" radius. They do not cover a wide area as the other commenter mentioned, mainly because they are not designed to, they are to water an individual plant at its base, thus being an efficient method if used correctly as it was intended. If you want to have multiple heads on at the same time, simply reduce the flow on each bubbler, and increase the time that station is on. You should even be able to get up to 100 on a single station at this lower trickle flow (depending on your water pressure). At $.87 each, and being easily hand adjusted with the knurled knob on the top with no tools required to fine tune the flow, they are a great value!

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by wdd1939 Does not perfrom as expected in multiples.
Installed eight of these on a 3/4" pvc supply line with 12" risers. At 50 lbs city water pressure, they barely dribbled when adjusted to be wide open for a designed 4ft diameter circle. If only one was opened it did as expected. Each additional opened reduced the flow by half. My time and money wasted.
