Finally! I found what I had been wanting. With very little roof overhang and concrete that has a dip next to the inside of the door, water had been going under the door and into the garage. Having to sweep it out after every rain had been a pain up to now.
I cut the threshold material with a hacksaw to just a little over the width of the door. Using the included adhesive, I glued it to my concrete floor. No more puddles!

I put a new rubber trim piece on my garage door hoping to seal it against wind and weather. This fix didn't quite do the job so I installed this threshold trim. Now the door closes and seals tight keeping mother nature outside. My garage is under my house so this will certainly help with heating costs.

The product was well packed and easy to take out of the box. It was fairly easy to install, and it looks like it is going to prevent heavy rain water from entering the garage. Still, it is difficult to know how long it will last and whether it has been worth the effort to install it to overcome the problem of water backing up inside the garage especially during heavy rains.

Received the 16' length and tube of adhesive on-time and well packed. I unrolled the strip and let if relax overnight before installing. There are no instructions so you are left to figure out best orientation (there is a front and back). I ended up installing with ridges facing outwards thinking the ridges would help stop sand and leaves from blowing under the garage door. I also had a second tube of construction adhesive on-hand and found it best to "over-do" the amount vs. trying to stretch a single tube. I laid the strip where I thought it should go and lowered the garage door and re-positioned the strip to precise location and ran a pencil line on the concrete. Carefully flip the strip over and run generous strips of adhesive on the concrete and on the back of the strip. Simply invert the strip back into position, press firmly and lower the garage door onto the strip to keep pressure applied while the adhesive sets. The product works as advertised and I am happy with the results.
