Excellent floor covering. Using it in a small garage where I work on a few motorcycles at a time. Easy to sweep and clean. Hols up to the small motorcycle lifts well. Like other reviews mentioned, it is heavy, but once laid out and in it's spot it works great.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by BlackSunshine73 Works fine
Maneuvering this product is really a 2 person job because of the overall weight and surface area. It cuts pretty readily with a utility knife, though doing it in colder weather makes it a bit more difficult. I tried to use a straight edge to cut the mat with limited success; using the raised coin pattern as a guide is much easier, though that doesn't always work as planned either. It may not look like a piece of art when you're done, but it works fine. I bought some adhesive to tack it down, but so far I haven't found that it is necessary because it's so difficult to move that you can drive your car on it in forward and reverse with no problem.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by S2000Trackcar Easy to install, looks great.
I installed this into a 8x24 enclosed trailer to replace the old torn flooring it can with. It is very easy to cut with a razor. Look great. The warming the material the more flexible it is to work with.

Great looking and easy sweeping. Provides a clean, no paint, no peel, option. This floor is very high quality in material, looks, and maintenance.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Jerry Disappointed. Flooring shrinks
I bought this for my garage, but I'm disappointed in how much the flooring shrinks when cold and expands when hot. Per the instructions, I rolled out both rolls of the flooring in the driveway to flatten it out. It was sunny, so it flattened out quickly. I measured and cut, then rolled it back up and moved it to the garage. When it cooled, it shrunk by a least 2 inches, leaving a 1 inch gap next to the walls. It also has already started to discolor where the tires sit and I can't get the stain out. Now I'm sorry I bought it (it was not cheap), and I wish I had epoxy flooring installed instead.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Runaway What was I thinking?
This material has no business being used on a garage floor that is a high traffic and dirt area. After laying down a small area of the mat, I looked back on where I was walking and it looked like a CSI forensics team had been dusting for footprints.... and found lots! What a dust and dirt magnet! I wanted a product that would IMPROVE the looks of my garage floor, but this went the opposite way. The edge and center trim doesn't attach firmly to the mat and pulls loose, creating trip hazards and, let us say, an unattractive ambience.
very disappointed, especially given the price. but really, at any price I don't think I would use this product.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Rick Simple instalation, and it looks very nice.
We bought a new house and I planned to put this flooring down in the garage before we moved in. It didn't work out that way and I didn't get the flooring laid until 6 months after I bought it. It went down simply enough. My garage is 19' wide and 21' long so I used two 10'x25' rolls with the dark grey joining trim and front edge trim (trim purchased separately). I did it all by myself, and it was some work moving the heavy rolls around, but I managed. I had to trim a foot off the side and 4 feet off the end to get a finished look. I really like the way the dark grey trim adds a finished look to the product. The final result looks very nice. There are still a few "roll marks" in the middle of the floor, but the instructions say those will flatten out in time (and I'm sure they will). The trim, on the front (and to a lesser extent in the center) still has some bunching where it's not laying quite flat. I haven't used any adhesive yet to see if I that will help. I'll give it some time to see if it settles in.
