Great quality. A little pricey but you have a quality floor. Seems very durable and is easy to clean. Super look.

We ordered one box of 20 tiles to be a test to see how they worked and stuck in our garage. Unfortunately, we received a box of tiles that were not true 12 x 12 (some were a little larger, and some were a little smaller). There was no way to make these work when you are doing a two car garage. The package looked like someone had given us the discards from the reject pile. Also, some of the tiles seemed to have the papers removed and reattached to the backs. Very frustrated and bummed out! We also ordered a large order of 20 boxes which we had to look through back at Home Depot to make sure they measured correctly and were not cut incorrectly. Overall the tiles are very durable and seem to stick to our concrete very well (we did use Henry's 336 Self Stick Tile Primer to make sure they stuck extra well as well as Henry's Underlayment 345 for uneven surfaces). The tiles cut much easier when they were warmer than cooler. Another issue which disappointed us was that some of the boxes of tiles were cut with a rough sawed-type edge, so that there is a small crack between them. The other boxes of tiles had smooth cuts which left no cracks between them and had a much snugger fit. One other issue to be aware of is that the diamond patterns do not match up. We also had a variety of slate gray colors with different sheens. Fortunately, they are spread out among the whole floor and looks like it was done on purpose. We had to do a lot of extra work, because of the tile inconsistencies. Fortunately, we had 23 tiles that needed cutting for our trim. Except for all of these obstacles, the tiles themselves seem to be strong and look fairly good.
