Answer:
Hello, in order to calculate how many lineal feet of Pro-Start Starter Strip would be needed, you should measure the length of the eaves on your project. This is where the product will be installed. Each bundle of Pro-Start covers approx 120 LNFT when installed with standard English or metric-sized asphalt 3-tab or laminate shingle.

Customer Reviews

Rated 5.0 out of 5 by 4 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent product A well made roofing product, far superior to cutting the tabs from 3-tab shingles for the starter course. The adhesive is thick and once the sun hits the roof and gets it hot, provides a secure bond against wind lift. These work well, are a time saver, and worth every penny. September 22, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Used to do the job rite! In an effort to do the job rite the first time, these starter strips were one of the key steps. I applied along the eve's and roof rake edges, with a small amount of overhang in accordance to the instructions. Pre-scored down the middle so they are easy to separate & install. Just nail in place. No adhesives required & no film to apply/remove. Simply apply the shingles over these starter strips to allow for great hold down against high wind & storms. October 30, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Do the job rite! A job worth doing is worth doing correct the first time! I applied to the eaves & roof rake before the shingles. These help to hold the shingles down better and are more cost effective than using cut shingles for the same thing. No knife required to separate fro each other for installation. Only cut to length as needed. November 20, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by excellent very easy to install. would be easier for the long run and less expensive. July 23, 2013
