Answer:
That's what I used it for. I get my power from a Co-op and they may not be as stringent as other providers.

Answer:
There is a 3 lug bar that is isolated from the enclosure that appears to accept approximately #2 wire. This could be used for neutral connections, or it can be bonded to the enclosure with the included bolt and used for a ground. There is no other ground bar, and no ground screw, although there are 2 pre-drilled holes that could be used for grounding if you provide the screw.

Rated 3.7 out of 5 by 3 reviewers.
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Purchased only because it was the only choice. The picture is very misleading (dimensions are correct, however). This enclosure is very tall, with a ton of wasted space inside. Also note, there are no fuses included, so plan on spending another $20-$40 on fuses, and Home Depot's selection of these type of fuses is very limited. Unfortunately, if you want a 100A disconnect from Home Depot, this is your only choice. January 6, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Could be better Plenty of space for wiring, however, the allen head lugs did not seem to be a standard size. The closest size allen wrench was a 3/16th and I had to tap it in to loosen/tighten the termination. September 18, 2012
