question about answer on color code

I don't understand the answer about getting the antenna to go from red to violet...can you be more descriptive in what needs to be purchased??
Asked by: Anonymous
Actually no, your answer wasn't helpful at all because I wasn't questioning what color codes are, of course I already know what they are from researching antennas, I was asking what specific equipment needs to be purchased to get this antenna to go from the red code to the violet - my question, as already stated, was based off the previous Q&A on this product, reading that would have clarified my question. I'm not going to post the answer that I got when I contacted Jasco (the real maker of this antenna) since I haven't installed it yet and thus don't know if their solution will work, but I encourage buyers to contact Jasco for answers.

Can I attach this to a splitter and connect 3 televisions?

Asked by: Anonymous
I have mine splits two layers no problems (one from antenna to spliter and from spliter to another two spliters). One spliter from from antenna to two ports and one port goes to all the room and the other to garage.

what is the color code for this antenna?

I live in a wooded area 45 mikes from a transmiter and I need a violet color code rated antenna which should be listed on the box

Hi Rurual Pa, Apologies on getting back to you late on this question. I did consult the manufacturer on this question and this is what they had to say: The 24767 antenna is in the RED category, which means it is the best possible unamplified antenna. If a CEA approved pre-amplifier is paired with this antenna, it can be in the Violet color range. Hope this helps Thank you.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from It's a huge antenna. The reception is great. If neighborhood view is not an issue then this is a great antenna. It captured all signals and deliver to the TV with great clarity. One could hardly find the choppy like the small antenna.
