The hub is used to provide a conduit entry point into the top of an outdoor GE load center or enclosure. It is attached using 4 provided screws. The conduit is then screwed directly into the hub.

Greetings,
My name is Tom, also known as HD116 from Home Depot's How to Community. If you were to hold the flange with the opening at the top, they are 2 5/8 inches apart at the top and 2 1/2" apart top to bottom.
