I bought it and intend to use it as a disconnect at the service entrance. Can I use a Southwire 4/0-4/0-4/0-2/0 Aluminum SER Service Entrance Cable to connect this safty switch to the 200 AMP main panel about 20 feet away?

Answer:
Yes, you can use 4/0 SER to connect from the panel to the switch, as it is rated for 200 amps.
For any further questions regarding installing your new safety switch, I'd recommend to consult a licensed electrician in your area.

Answer:
Shockme,
No, unfortunately you would have to go up to a 400A safety switch to accommodate 350MCM.

Rated 5.0 out of 5 by 2 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great product This switch was easy to install, had plenty of working room and good knockout locations June 27, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent 200 AMP Disconnect Switch This switch is NEMA rated for indoor applications. I am using this switch inside a generator room to switch my generator into the home. Safety wise, I would rather operate a switch handle rather than flipping a 200 amp switch with my fingers. CBs should never be arc'ed. The blades in this switch are spring loaded to open and close quickly, thus minimizing an arc. There are three switch contactors (polls) in this device, thus N (neutral), P1 (phase), and P2 (phase). The box is ample size for wire placement. The box has cutouts on all four sides. November 5, 2013
