What is the proper tightening torque for the neutrals crossbar?

I removed neutrals crossbar (per installation instructions), but later decided to put it back and use separate ground buss kit. What is the correct tightening torque for the crossbar?

Answer: 
The installation instructions say, "Refer to rating label inside equipment for proper tightening torque".
