To be prepared for your installation, be sure that:
• A water supply line with shut off valve is located under the sink or behind the dishwasher.
• An electrical outlet is within 6 ft of install location on the same side of the wall and on the same floor.
• You will need proper shut off, accessible drain, and roper space available. The rough cabinet opening must be a minimum 24 in W x 24 in D x 34 1/2 in H.
You may want to contact your local Home Depot store (ask for an Appliance Specialist) to see what services and installation options are available in your area.

Customer Reviews

Rated 2.8 out of 5 by 8 reviewers.
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Features Appear to be nice. Acquired from son. Do not know how to turn dishwasher off. Leak from bottom- not from upper seal; unable to obtain info relevant to this Model. Proper info & functioning would give product better rating. December 22, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Too small The salesman helped me find this on the Home Depot website after not finding what I wanted in the store, so in the products defense, I never saw it in person until it was installed in my kitchen. Well, it's very, very small inside. The top rack holds 10 less glasses than my old dishwasher and I can't get a 5 quart pot and a large strainer on the bottom rack at the same time. Just guessing, but I'd estimate the top rack to be about a 26" square. Not nearly big enough for a family of 6. However, it looks very nice, the stainless steel tub is what I wanted and it washes just fine. For a small family or people who don't do a lot of cooking and eating at home, this would probably be just fine. I just wish that I could return it, but I've already payed for the installation once and don't really want to do it again. August 4, 2010
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Extremely small I had an 18 year old dishwasher that finally gave up. I ordered this one because my counter was only 33 1/2 inches high. I cant put a big skillet in it because the rack slots are too narrow and the size is so small. It will handle about 1/3 of the dishes my old one used to hold.. Im disappointed. It cleans well, but I wouldnt recommend. May 23, 2013
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Design is so wrong To start with, this dishwasher is too small. There is no way you can fit an average skillet into it. I'm finding that I'm running it every day because there's barely enough room for one meals dishes. The racks are such that the plates lean forward and they don't get as clean. That is one of my biggest complaints. The racks aren't condusive to allowing a skillet into the bottom rack. The pots and pans cycle takes over 2 1/2 hours to complete, even though there's not many dishes in it. It doesn't grind the food down, and I've had to clean the drain out at least 3 times in 3 months. The water will not drain, and then I know it's time to clean it again. Please don't buy this model. Since I have an older house that only has 35" between the floor and the counter top, I was told that this was the only one that would fit. Never again. July 16, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good for space limitations Considering limited space linitations, this is the best you willl find. If you do not have a standard 34 1/2 inch opening You could probably get more for your money with more of an opening. All things considered, although small interior by todays standards, very quiet compared to our 13 yr old GE , which surprisingly has almost the exact features, with far less sound inslutation. Love the stainless steel interior. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] April 9, 2013
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Don't like this dishwasher This is our second dishwasher of the same product and I don't know if it's the detergent we are using but it's not washing the dishes properly. We use the Cascade Complete and when the dish washer stops the dishes still has food on it. The soap is dried up and covering some of the dishes causing me or someone else to rewash the dishes by hand. I wouldn't recommend this dishwasher to anyone. June 5, 2012
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by mostly pleased with purchase cleans dishes very well. nice stainless steel tub. only wish it was able to hold more dishes than the old dishwasher that it replaced. January 31, 2012
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great if you have space limitations This really is a good dishwasher and does what it is supposed to do - gets the dishes clean. Lots of reviews complain about the smaller capacity and yes, it is smaller inside, but here's the deal... If you have a standard size opening for a dishwasher, then this is probably not your best bet because you can find a d/w that is bigger inside, more features, etc. for the same or less $. But, if like us, you have space issues you have two choices 1) Remodel your kitchen or 2) learn to live with a smaller d/w. This d/w has the same width and depth (24") as most, but is shorter (32.35" vs approx 34"). Our wood floor was put in after the cabinets/counters were installed so we lost some height - we had 33.25" to work with. We literally had to cut the old d/w out, then build up the floor underneath to be level. This was one of only three d/w's I could find to fit in the space we had. Yes, I think it's a bit pricey for being a smaller, pretty basic d/w but compared to the cost of remodeling, it was a good deal. As for the smaller size, my old d/w's racks were 20x20 on top, 20x22 on the bottom. This one is 20 x 17.5 and 20 x 19.5, so I lost 2.5" depth on each. Doesn't sound like much, but it is noticable. It also has less clearance between the bottom and top racks and between the top rack and the top of the d/w. It does not have alot of options, but really - how often do I use anything besides "normal wash?" For me, it wasn't worth spending more money for features I don't really need. In summary, if you have a standard size d/w opening - keep shopping. If not, this is a good option (and there are very few options!). It works well, is efficient, fairly quiet, and most importantly, the dishes are nice and clean with no spots. What else can you ask for? June 21, 2011
