Answer:
Yes, works on Hot Springs Spa. Buy the 20 amp also if your spa requires it. My hot springs needed a 20 am and 30 amp GFI - with a 50 amp in the main box.

Answer:
I'm sure you've gotten an answer by now, but almost always the panel will specify exactly which breakers can be used in it--do not freelance, use what the panel recommends. In some cases, there are equivalents-check with Square D customer service.

Hi XSf340,
Thank you for your question.
I did reach out to the manufacturer and they recommend not to do this. Never mix brands as it voids the warranty and can be a safety issue.

Answer:
It does if you have two open, adjacent spots that are designated as being ok for use in those positions. Check the information on the inside of your panel...it will list the model #'s of breakers that can be used, and in what positions they are acceptable in.

Rated 4.9 out of 5 by 24 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Extremely good price for exact same article sold in local electric stores Needed a 2 pole 30 AMP breaker for my spa, looked at some local electric shops, [exact] same breaker was twice the price elsewhere. September 19, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Value About half the price of others. great buy, works perfect August 19, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Deal Worked as expected! Great price on a hard to find item. Needed it for my hot springs spa. August 26, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by It worked, Good price, would by again A little dusty, new not opened, I'm happy, and a happy customer August 26, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good deal, quality product. Its a simple braker. Simple enough. Best price for a GCFI. June 10, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by This is the one.... This is the perfect replacement breaker for the Tiger River / Hot Springs hot tub sub-panel. After 12 years of service these breakers trip like crazy. It's a quick fix at a great price. March 10, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Perfect for hot tub Like the other reviews stated, our NW hotsprings hot tub kept tripping. Changed out the heaters and that wasn't it. So this was next. This was a perfect fit for what would have cost $150 through the hot tub store. It is know up and running hot!! December 11, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Breaker trips more easily than non GFI breaker I used this 30A 250V GFI breaker to replace a standard 30A 250V breaker. The GFI breaker always trips when I turn on my 3HP air compressor the first time every morning, requiring a re-set at the breaker panel. After this initial re-set, it works fine the rest of the day witthout requiring a re-set as the compressor cycles on and off. This problem did not occur with a standard 30A breaker. October 10, 2012
