Questions & Answers

Can this be used to switch between a single 240V 60A Branch and two 120V 30 A branches?

Asked by: seafan
Greetings Seafan, You pose an interesting question, and one that should not be answered here. My name is Tom, also known as HD116 at Home depot's How to Community. I am here addressing some of the product questions today, and saw yours. While theoretically it could be done if I understand correctly what you are trying to accomplish, the real answer will lie with the NEC, and the Local Code (which will override the NEC) of your town or municipality. Simply contact the local code office and ask the question there. Hope that helps.
