Customer Reviews

Rated 1.7 out of 5 by 3 reviewers.
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Lot of money for inferior performance Does not maintain high temperatures. Had service twice to calebrate. Increasing temp. does not help. Do not buy this if you like your roasts to brown and potatoes to crisp. I ended up cooking things longer - only resulting in drying things out. Look elsewhere. I have had better results with less expensive ovens. You know when you have been cooking the same recipte for 20 years - it's not you!!! August 14, 2012
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Tick, Tick, Tick The stove ticks constantly all the time when on and it get louder the longer it runs.  You can't even try to pretend it is not there.  The ticking is not metal expanding or the timer counting down or the temperature being checked.  If you open the lower oven it is even louder.   February 11, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Great inside, bad outside Love the size of this oven, love how it quickly preheats, overall "guts" of the oven are great. However after just 10 months of ownership (and because it evidently sat in the warehouse for considerably longer because when I called the warranty center I was told the 12-month warranty had expired) the plastic display on top has begun to crack and peel. The controls are not covered by smooth plastic like our GE microwave but bubble buttons that I initially thought were kind of cool. Those buttons that are frequently used (Bake, Timer, Clear, Start) are in worsening shape and the metal beneath is now exposed. We are in the process of switching all our products to GE because we love the look of our Profile microwave, but may rethink this if other appliances have the "bubble" look. Something to consider for any appliances that have similar controls. Also may want to recognize that the warranty doesn't apply to date of purchase, but to the age of the product - something I never knew. November 4, 2011
