Great for extra freezer space and good price. 20 cub is perfect for about 150 lbs of meat

I was surprised how light this refrigerator was when taking it up porch steps and into the kitchen. I travel considerably and many hotels have this refrigerator, which is a reason that I chose it. It is roomy, deeper than my previous refrigerator and overall is well-designed.

Am terribly disappointed with this refrigerator. Bought it to replace a very similar model which I happened to like very much. This model's interior was very poorly designed. Plastic tray parts are clunky and offer very little storage room. Shelves too are poorly designed. Had to discard one 1/2 shelf so that tall items like a pitcher could fit. On the side with the cold cuts tray you cannot fit much on the shelf above or below the tray because of limited clearance. Also the light fixture gets in the way of placing items in and out. Another thing I don't like is that its noisy - even with the thick insulated sides!

Not as many features as I would like. For the money it is OK.

Granted my last refrigerator lasted me close to 20 years. This one is the closest to size constraints I have so I purchased it to go with my GE stove. I have lost a tremendous amount of space inside, I am not crazy about the extra wide door storage, everything you read says DON'T put your milk or creamer there, it does not stay cold enough. The crispers are smaller and the thing is just noisy. It actually growls, I growl back! Had it just two weeks now, still trying to adjust to it. I just feel I could have spent $500 instead of $900 and gotten the same space and quality.

The temperature control is a dial located on the top part of the refrigerator, forward and in the middle. If you use the top shelf on the very top setting, you can rotate the dial without knowing it when reaching in and turn the temperature down. This has happened twice in the first two months. If you have clothing on with sleeves, you don't even feel that you have moved the dial. Very poor design feature. Also hard to have a lot of space for 2 liter soda bottles and large sport/juice drink bottles. You have to play with the door storage set up to get it working for you because there is not space inside the refrigerator if you keep all the shelves in it. This replaced a 22 year old, top mount freezer refrigerator and I don't find it less noisy than the old refrigerator.

Home Depot employee that handled this sale was great.
Very Helpful and is a great representative of your company.
She is in the process of trying to get my issues resolved and
if not will issue a full refund and or get me something that
will fit my needs without these issues.
