Sorry we purchased it. The power burner is essentially useless. The burner barely has a flame about half the way around it and only has a high flame on about a third when set to power boil. However, the photo of the power burner on GE website for this same model shows an even high flame. Our plumber installed it and thought it was defective so we called GE and they sent a repairman. Repair tech agreed it was a problem but told us it was designed that way and could not be fixed and furthermore said that he has had multiple calls for this issue. Complaint to GE went nowhere. Will try to return this stove since we can't live with it that way.

Love the stove what I don't like is that I had to get the first one replaced because of a scratch down to metal and than the second one had an even larger scratch and am now waiting for the 3rd one!!! The delivery people were not at fault, the stoves came out of the UNDAMAGED cartons that way, They wouldn't even put the second one in my house and they immediately contacted the company for a 3rd stove. I am waiting on that. But with all of that, the company was very helpful and are sending replacements with no hassles at all. It is just an inconvenience on my part. On the whole, I do love the stove. Minus the scratches, the stove is great quality, looks wonderful and was a great deal.

This is a beautiful range & very easy to keep clean. I've had electric for the last 40 years and moved to a place that was set up for gas, so I took the plunge and am so happy with it. It has the exact same features of my last range, which i loved. And the switch to gas was a very short learning curve.

We have only had the range for a month, but it works great. The installers were very friendly as well.

I'd originally thought about replacing my old gas range with an electric one, but after seeing this one on display and reading up on it I decided to go with the GE. Purchased it online with ease, and the folks who came to deliver it were friendly and helpful. Fantastic service. The range itself works like a dream. Holds temperature, the burners are spaced nicely. I can have a stock-pot and a full sized skillet going at once.

The range was delivered in good condition. it was shipped for natural gas. the delivery people did not set it up for propane. The last thing I had ti do was convert the oven orfice to propane, in the process I somehow managed to break the glow igniter. called GE for replacement, not replaced because it was delivered in good condition. They would sell me a new one for about $100.00. the igniter as shipped did not have a cage, the I bought online for 28.00 did. If you convert to propane be VERY careful of the oven burner and igniter, the igniter is VERY fragile. CJS

The white appliance fits perfectly with my newly remodeled countertops and cabinets. The look of the stove top burners is just what I wanted. The glass over door is heavy duty and No heat filters through. So Pleased with my purchase. The Delivery was quite a different matter. Installation requires the use of Anti-Tip brackets and the floor under my stove is not level and they were unable to complete the installation. They were rude and not well-mannered. My husband completed the installation in less than one hour himself.

I had this oven installed on April 30, 2014, on May 6, 2014, the glass inside the door shattered while baking. Called GE customer service and they want to send a technician to repair. Unfortunately, I work during the day, so I can't be there between 8 and 5 for the 4 hour windows that are required, unless I take time off of work, which is not an option right now.
They offered the Saturday after next, with a time window of 8am to 5pm. That is a 9 hour window on a Saturday over a week away for a stove that is a week old. I would expect a more proactive approach to them getting this resolved.
I'm still able to return this, which is what I am going to end up having to do.
