Can this cable be used outdoors?

I have an RCA flat panel antenna which I plan on mounting on the exterior of my home. Is this GE quad shield RG6 cable suitable for outdoor use?

Answer: 
Hi Johnhandy, I reached out to the GE technical folks about this cable. I had noticed there was not a UV rating on it.
GE stated that this cable is not rated for outdoor use. Also they did not have a recommended one. There are RG6 cables made for the outdoor environment. You can check it out on the web.
