There isn't really a defacto standard when it comes to these ratings. they aren't regulated by anything so a these terms are used loosely. in-wall is generally CL3 and CL2. CL3 is of higher quality than CL2.

The GE 87665 is constructed with “CM” Rated flame retardant exterior, suitable to be installed inside the walls of residential buildings.”

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by CCA cable, not solid copper as indicated The cable is of good quality, however it's not a solid copper core as the packaging indicates. it's a COPPER-CLAD ALUMINUM cable. CCA is not a premium material, much lower quality wise than solid copper. May 13, 2015
