Rated 4.5 out of 5 by 25 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Quick. Easy. Inexpensive. This product is about as simple as can be. One hose easily connects in seconds. I spent more time looking for the two 1/2" wrenches needed for the installation than I spent in the actual installation Itself. I was concerned that the 6' length might not be enough for me to move the refrigerator to facilitate cleaning the floor. Not only is it long enough to move the refrigerator completely off its normal footprint, but it's short enough so the hose doesn't touch the floor and get in the way of cleaning ops. I highly recommend flushing at least a couple gallons of water through your refrigerator's water dispenser immediately after completing the installation. It's the wise thing to do. This water hose is the same material as the water hose installed inside the refrigerator itself, so I don't quite understand how it can adversely affect taste as much as indicated in one of the reviews I've read. Indeed virtually all modern plumbing materials are manufactured out of some form of plastic or other. April 28, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not long enough The connecting hose is no where long enough and I am stuck having to purchase more. If my fridge was sitting right next to my sink it still would not have been long enough. I feel I should have been given options on length of hose so I could have installed my fridges features the day I got my new appliance. Other than that it is a connection hose. November 10, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Did the job This hose was easy to install and, as stated by other reviewers, does not make our water taste bad. July 28, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good quality Well made. Just what was needed to connect to line. October 7, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by piece of cake Ever run an icemaker line with copper? Hard to work with and you have to worry about kinks. Then there's that little ring thing that has to be in just the right place. This item is just the right thing for anyone from the pro to the novice. All you need is a wrench (and a utility knife if you need to place an in-line filter.) Both ends have a conical shape that replaces the ring and as long as you snug it down tight, you are set. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good solid purchase Very simple and straight forward, fit perfectly. No more copper tubing and hassles for me. August 17, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Not so universal! Wouldn't connect to my water valve. Had to get creative with plumbers tape! July 14, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Easier than compression fitting Made the job a lot quicker, no leaks or time waste dealing with compression fittings. All-in-one is perfect for those not so handy (or patient) people like me. October 30, 2014
