The specifications indicate that this is a 120 volt dryer. I was surprised by this. So, wanted to verify that it is a 120 volt dryer.

Customer Reviews

Rated 3.5 out of 5 by 2 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by A Laundromat-Quality Unit for Your Home This is a great washing machine. It is quiet, quick and efficient. The stainless steel tub is durable. The electronic controls are simple to use and cover all the categories that you need for your family. This is the equivalent of having a laundromat-quality unit in your own home. No coins needed, though! May 24, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointed I was really disappointed with this dryer and matching washer, although I guess it's my own fault for buying them sight unseen. My last couple of GE washers and/or dryers only lasted a couple of years (3-4 small loads per week) so I thought I'd try these "commercial" units. While they do in fact seem to be a little better built, they are designed to guard against vandalism and "think for themselves" to avoid, I suppose, abuse by the public in a commercial setting. For example, the dryer "decides" when your clothes are dry and when you find they are still damp, there's no way to set a timer or otherwise give them a few extra minutes of drying time. There's no way to overrule the machines' "case-closed" preprogrammed cycles and no way to customize any settings to pre-soak extra-soiled clothing or set a little bit of extra drying time for particularly heavy garments. I would strongly caution against purchasing these units for home use, although I suspect they would be fine for a Laundromat. May 5, 2014
