This product is fantastic! It does what it is supposed to do. Let water in one end and out the other end.
What a concept. It does what it is advertised to do.

They haven't installed it yet Too early to tell, but I have been satisfied with the service and quality of all the recent purchases I have made at the store. Reasonably priced, too!

Much cheaper than copper materials. will do the job. Someone complains 8' is too short, but I think it is right. No line falls to ground when pushed in.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Davemac Very easy to work with (need a 15 ft version)
Very to easy to work with . Needed to put two of them together to make the distance which was more expensive than copper. This is much easier to work with than copper

This product is about as simple as can be. One hose easily connects in seconds. I spent more time looking for the two 1/2" wrenches needed for the installation than I spent in the actual installation Itself.
I was concerned that the 6' length might not be enough for me to move the refrigerator to facilitate cleaning the floor. Not only is it long enough to move the refrigerator completely off its normal footprint, but it's short enough so the hose doesn't touch the floor and get in the way of cleaning ops.
I highly recommend flushing at least a couple gallons of water through your refrigerator's water dispenser immediately after completing the installation. It's the wise thing to do. This water hose is the same material as the water hose installed inside the refrigerator itself, so I don't quite understand how it can adversely affect taste as much as indicated in one of the reviews I've read. Indeed virtually all modern plumbing materials are manufactured out of some form of plastic or other.

Switching from a 14 year old Kenmore to a newer Whirlpool refrigerator. Dislike doing plumbing so I did some research to see if supply lines compatible. To my relief both fridges used 3/8 fittings and my supply line was 3/8. The 8' was ample. And reviews said I needed a 1/2" wrench so I had that ready. Hooked up the supply line, checked for leaks, none. Seems I made a simple job complicated. Tip: after I attached it to the supply valve I opened the valve and a little black water shot out. Don't know if it came from my source or in the supply line. After it came out clear I attached it to the fridge and everything works.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by bk8198 nice replacement for copper lines
Pro's: easy to install, flexible, fits most connections, doesn't leak
Con's: could be 2 feet longer. Not quite long enough to comfortably stretch the 5 feet from water inlet to unit on refrigerator. Fits, but very taut.
Overall, would recommend to anyone needing to replace existing water lines to their fridge.
