Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by john what I needed for my Unit! Good piece!!!
Easy to assemble, look perfectly well with my unit and I'm looking forward to using it since something else is not working that need to be fixed to make it happen. I do not see it as a problem at all. Great material indeed.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Betty Replacing damaged parts on my range was never so easy!
While I'd love to have Home Depot completely remodel my kitchen, I can't afford that. So what I really appreciate is that I know I can walk into any Home Depot and purchase what I need to replace old parts. I never miss a beat. Makes my life so easy so I can move onto other things, like earning money to remodel my kitchen.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by taximom 21-year-old stove like new again!
The GE8 in. Hinged Surface Unit for GE and Hotpoint Ranges was so easy to install-took just seconds and minimal $$$ to restore a 21-year-old cook-top to like new condition! Works great, too, and was so much easier/cheaper than replacing the whole cook-top. I also bought the GE6 in. Porcelain Drip Bowl for GE and Hotpoint Electric Ranges at he same time to complete the make-over!

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Stanav Good quality
- Exact fit of the one it replaced.
- Well made.
- Heats up quickly and evenly. No dark spot/area as I've seen with some other coils.
- Connector are wire looped prongs. The original coil has the metal blade prongs which doesn't only provide more contact surface area when plugged in a receptacle but also makes it easier/smoother to plug them in.
