Hands down the worst dishwasher I've ever used. Owned for 3 days and I have a new dishwasher coming tomorrow. Doesn't wash well, and I don't care how you stack it. Forget about your silverware - gross. Leaves soap reside on everything including the door and tub. Doesn't dry well even with the heater on. These machines are meant to make your life easier. Any appliance that needs that much babysitting needs a re-design.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by syzsto detergent doesn't dissolve
I am returning this model. The detergent doesnt dissolve when dishes and silverware are in the bottom layer. Instructions say not to have large objects there...so I tried to be reasonable, still didn't work. Only when I had NO dishes or utensils in the bottom did it dissolve the detergent. I wonder if the front load utensil basket blocks the water? anyhow, I can't have a dishwasher that i have to load super carefully each time and still have detergent "sand" on the dishes. Sorry

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Kate Amazing Dishwasher!
I don't usually write reviews, but after seeing all of the negative feedback I knew I had to, because we were very nervous buying this dishwasher with all of the negative reviews but still decided to give it a try and I am so happy with my purchase. We have had this dishwasher for 3 months now and I absolutely love it! My dishes come out smelling so clean and they are spotless! (I use Cascade Platinum) A lot of people have complained about the soap dispenser not working properly when silverware is blocking the dispenser, I have never had this issue and I completely fill my dishwasher every time I run it blocking the dispenser with dinner forks and larger spoons. I run my dishwasher only twice per week, we are a family of 3 and go through a lot of dishes too! I especially like the two silverware baskets- one on top, and one on the bottom. I could never go back to having only. This dishwasher holds a lot of dishes, when I read a few reviews stating that it was so small I completely disagree, it holds a lot. The look of this dishwasher is very nice, I get so many compliments on it. I have never had an issue with the latch either, I shut the dishwasher completely when I'm about to run it and it closes just fine for me. Was very easy to install too. I would definitely recommend this dishwasher!

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointed Don't waste your money on this piece of junk.
This product is a great disappointment and I regret wasting my money on it. The inside is poorly designed and implemented with excessively shoddy materials. The utensil baskets are constantly falling off and it takes over 3 hours to clean a load of dishes. About every 5 to 10 days the machine stops working because water stops flowing. When I called for service, I was told this is a common occurrence and to just bang the ‘upside-down cup’ on the floor of the machine with a wooden spoon to get the water flowing again. Poor workmanship is the only phrase that comes to mind.

Machine runs great and my dishes are coming out clean. Very quiet, you can't even tell if it's running or not. The one negative I have about the machine are the silverware basketsare very narrow (even though there are two) and the Utensil Separator slots are very narrow that my table spoons don't even fit in there!!?? Of course I just lift up the holder and they fit in that way.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by ApplianceSeller Worst DW I ever owned.
Installed 9-15-14, now 3-15-15. Repaired 4 times. Bad latch, Bad circuit board, bad circuit board again, bad new power cord when installed. This machine takes a very long time to do a load. Book says 2 1/2 hours (which is bad any way), but 4 1/2 hours later shows clean, but dishes are still wet. This is running on heavy cycle with heated dry.
It is very quiet. Replaced a Whirlpool Roper that was a lot louder, but it cleaned and dried in a very reasonable time. Wish I had my Roper back.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Scorpio Great but...watch the soap dispenser area!!!
This is the quietest dishwasher ever! Controls are very basic, but the unit offers other features such as steam/sanitize, the inside is chrome (very snazzy looking), and this dishwasher seems to have more room than my old one. The only advice I would offer is the soap will not dispense all the way out of the door if you fill the bottom silverware basket all the way. First I had tried as they suggested in their troubleshooting guide to put smaller bowls, etc near the door but still the soap didn't dissolve all the way and some was left dripped on the inside of the door, inside the tub and on my silverware forcing me to "re-wash" everything! After the 2nd time this happened, I put all of the silverware in the top tray, and no soap was left. Unfortunately the manufacturer didn't do a good enough job to suggest putting silverware in the top as I had to figure it out on my own. They need to test their products better!

Have not been happy at all with this dishwasher. We will be taking it back to the store. Not sure where to begin. The silverware compartments must be loaded just right in order for the dishwasher to perform properly. If you put tall butter knives in front of the soap dispenser it won't open and if it does the water does not hit the soap and you have a runny mess when the cycle is done. If you fill the silverware compartments the dishwasher door won't stay closed and you can't run the dishwasher. There is a vent at the top left of the dishwasher to let out the steam. The condensation collects at this vent and runs down the front of the dishwasher and drips on the floor. The plastic racks for the silverware don't dry unless you put the dishwasher on a "sanitizer" cycle, even if you have the dishwasher set with heated dry.
