CUSTOMER REVIEWS

Rated 4.4 out of 5 by 44 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by GE Genuine Water Filter for GE Profile refrigerator This GE water filter is the same as the one from the factory. It locks in place just as easy as the original. It allows the same water pressure as the original. You can't beat it for the price. No complaints! November 6, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Discontinued filter for GE RPWF why after only having our fridge for 2 years is this filter discontinued, what are we supposed to use in its place to make our unit function properly? Our Fridge was purchased at home depot you think we could get the replacement filters from the store as well!! October 27, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Water Filter Availability I'ts hard to recommend a product that never seems to be available online. If the product is so in demand it would seem it shoudn't be that difficult to keep enough water filters in stock. Have the same problem at the Home Depot always out of stock in the store. May next time should consider another alternative to a GE refridgerator. February 25, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by GE replacement filter I had the product shipped to store. I was emailed to pick up at the contractor counter, but product was at the customer service counter at the other end of the store. Cashier was very nice and took care of problem! Manufacturer does not include detailed instructions. December 17, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by clean water Great Filter, the quality and longevity of this filter is great. Only have to change it twice a year.. and very to install December 31, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by satisfied--but EXPENSIVE compared to other filters easy to install into refridgerator. Price should be more inline with other filters. December 30, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by The best This is GE's best filter; it is said to be able to remove pharmaceuticals from the water supply. It is more expensive than the older GE filters, but it works great and is much easier to install than the old models. I buy the GE brand filters as I have had issues with knockoff brands in my old refrigerator. This filter fits my new refrigerator. October 7, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by GE filter works great I purchased a generic universal filter from a filter warehouse store for $35. Within a month the water flow almost stopped. I returned it and purchased the GE filter which is the same one that comes with the refrigerator. It works like the original. It is better to spend $15 more and just stick with the original.
