Customer Reviews

Rated 4.0 out of 5 by 4 reviewers.
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Not worth the money I purchased several of these because they were the only ones available. If there were a choice I would not buy it. The life is limited. Two tin cans with a string are a better bet.I use them with a PANASONIC wireless hand set. The wiring lasts about 3-4 weeks before the internal wiring goes erratic. I have a collection of six of these that I kept and was going to send back. When I called JASCO they gave me the usual song and dance. It is not worth the effort. I cannot believe that I am the only one who have had this problem. The headset and mike is a great desiggn but the rest of it is flimsy and guaranteed to become inoperative with limited use.If this is what GE has become then it is truly unfortunate. January 30, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by the proof is in the pudding i was very hesitant to purchase this headset. i could not believe that Home Depot could offer something like this let alone at the price point. i am somewhat picky about my headsets, although the phone i am using it on is not one that i use that often so i was willing to try this product. my biggest concern was that the volume would not be good enough as most of the others i have tried are weak in this area. not this headset. the volume is loud enough and can be controlled and has a mute button, as well. as far as i'm concerned, all of my needs have been met. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by This headset is Terrifi! Blocks exterior noises while giving wearer hands-free ability to perform other tasks simultaneously! The headset was a replacement and a necessary tool to be able to multi-task while allowing the wearer the ability to still communicate via cell phone. It hides 90% of outside noise that usually interferes with conversations and has a volume control to further allow the wearer and the recipient of the conversation the ability to hear without distractions or misunderstanding. It sits comfortably on the head without blocking movement or functionality. I would and have highly recommended this to as many people as will stand still to listen! January 22, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Awesome headset It is difficult to find a reliable noise canceling wired headset that have a default 3.5 mm jack. Anyway, GE Electronics has figured out noise cancellation, which is my biggest concern. I can be driving down a noisy freeway and the background noise cannot be heard by my customers. Impressive. And at these prices they are almost throw-way items. I bought another GE headset (SKU: 98996) from HD. It also has the same great noise cancelling. Home Depot had the best price on this, and included free shipping to my local HD. I was surprised to be buying my headset from HD. It was a no-brainer and went very smoothly. I signed up for them to send me a text when they arrived. I use it on my S3. I recommended to a friend who uses it on his iPhone. I used to buy Plantronics M175 when I had a 2.5 mm plug in my phone. Strangely, Plantronics decided not to create one with a 3.5 mm plug!!! I say strange because this is what is required for iPhone, Samsung S3/S4, and most modern multi-media phones. (Adapters are bulky and don't work most of the time). Their loss. October 1, 2013
