Switch broke shortly after install. Cheaply built. Batteries melted one of the connectors. Total junk. Don't waste your $14.

It's an extremely bright light and it is motion sensor however you have to walk directly past it in order for it to turn on. I tested it out and I had to walk a max of 3 inches in order for it to pick up any motion. Anything more it wouldn't turn on.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Donnie Great solution for a closet light
I needed a closet light without adding electrical wiring. The motion activation has been funny with my family checking to see if the light ever goes off. It does. I should point out that the on/off/auto switch is kind of difficult to find in the dark, but we always keep on auto.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Anne didn't work, had to return 2
I bought this to put over my drier, and set it to automatic. I worked a couple of times but not after that. It would turn on if I had it vertical, but not pointing straight down. I thought maybe it was just defective, so I bought another one. It didn't work at all. I returned them both, and the person at the returns desk tried them with the same results.

Installed inside closet door. To get the light to come on I have to wave my hand within 3 inches of the sensor for light to come on. The the light stays on for 15 to 20 minutes after I shut the door, so keep seeing the light under door. I have other items like this that are better

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by WeekendWarrior Motion-Activated for 45 minutes
Light will stay on for 45 Minutes. Not practical as motion light and battery will need to be replaced at an unacceptable rate.

Not sensitive enough to detect motion across the entire width of the stairs.
