The TLM1212CCU has undergone a design revision in which it has 1/2" knockouts, and no main breaker knockout up top (and is notably smaller). I, too, went to purchase one to match my existing subpanel and found the item pictured is not what is sold in stores (nor is it at the blue box competitor). Based on GE's current catalog, if you're looking for what is pictured above, you will need to seek a TM1212CCU (note the absence of the "L")... Or find old stock somewhere. Boxes with red amperage labels are the newer revisions (which don't match the picture, and usually have a "P" at the end of the model number).

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Mitch Circuit Breaker Panel purchase
I've purchased two of these Circuit Breaker Panels in the past and have been very happy. So to keep consistence at my home, I've purchased two additional of the excellent Circuit Breaker Panels. I'm very satisfied and if you purchase these Circuit Breaker Panels for your indoor needs, I can't imagine your not being pleased.

What they show in the picture is not what you get this is not a top center Main breaker Panel the main is on the top right row and was not what I was looking for returned it I was going to use this for a Panel I was having problems with. From what I saw this is a good low price Panel and would be good for a new build or replacing a similar one. Just my personal preferences.

The item I received did not look at all like the picture on the web site. This was important to me, since I was trying to match one I already had.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by TomM Picture does not match item
Ordered this main-lug panel (sub-panel) to match style of my main panel but the picture shown on Homedepot.com (as of Dec 5, 2012) does not match the actual item. Googled the GE number and then found a picture match of the actual item. Will be returning it to the store for credit. Just makes me wonder if any of the other pictures are correct.

It will fit 40 1" ARC/GFCI fault breakers. Just what is needed for the new code in my area.
