Main C.B. Conversion Kit for Panel TLM812RCUP

Does the TLM812RCUP use the Retainer THQLRK2 or the Adapter kit TQMH000 for the Main Breaker? The retainer kit style uses two branch circuit spaces, effectively making the panel equivalent to a TLM612RCUP which sells for $29.97 (TLM812RCUP sells for $44.97.)

Hello tnolan10, I’m Newf from the Home Depot’s how-to Community. Thank you for your question. The only difference between the TLM812RCUP and the TLM612RCUP lies in the number of available breaker spaces, (8 1-pole or 16 ½” circuits vs. 4 or 12). For more information, please see this link: http://www.geindustrial.com/publibrary/checkout/DET-728?TNR=Catalogs%20and%20Buyers%20Guides|DET-728|generic I hope this helps, Newf.

PowerMark Gold 125 Amp 8-Space 16-Circuit Outdoor Main Lug Circuit Breaker Panel is rated 4.7 out of 5 by 3.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice little outdoor box Nice little outdoor box. I bought two, one for a pavilion (outdoor kitchen), the other for the pool hook-ups. The knock-outs were neither plentiful nor in the right places for me, but it was not a problem drilling out what I needed. I went in with some pretty heavy service cable, so it was tight working in the box. Very pleased overall with the outcome.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Weather Proof Sub Panel Never really used GE panels/sub panels. I was amazed at the quality of their product. I usually use QO panels but was forced into using this brand because of existing gfci breakers it was cheaper to use same GE brand. Once I started the install I was blown away by the quality and I have been an Electrician for 21 years.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Replacement panel Needed upgrade from 4 to 6 spaces. Original panel installed about 1980, the buss housing (plastic base) is not as heavy duty as old one but it works fine.
